I went here in 2015 and hated it! all the teachers seemed scary and threatening, They didn't even do anything when older "gangster" like boys (probarly aged 13 to 15) were being rude to me and I didn't like the crowded Enviroment there always full of intimidating and angry people and even some creeps please try to control this tutoring place it literally looks like the place where satanic rituals take place
Besttutors has been an amazing supportive platform for me. It enabled me to achieve the grades that I wanted and focus more on the academic side of my education. Furthermore, I had overwhelming support from the teachers and staff as there are only three students to one teacher, so I was given the attention I needed in order to progress. Aside from the educational aspect, I find that besttutors has a very friendly atmosphere where the teachers are mentors rather than instructors. Overall, I have been very satisfied with my experiences at besttutors and hope the same for other students.

This place is absolutely filthy. The staff do not pay any attention to you and will just ignore you like you don't exist.
I heard about this place 2009 or earlier. I don't feel I do belong there for any reson therefore after all this year the people have their children told me to try it on and I called someone pick up the phone and when no manner she talk to me in her language when I told her I don't speak her language she asked me what do you want?
I told her I need to register my child for lesson she told me to half assessment done the teacher will contact me as I heard no one will contact me I keep calling them to know the results after three weeks wested they told me to start the next day I agreed but I wasn't happy.
My child start lesson and I make it clear that my child she need verbal and non verbal and also English and Maths and every excuse after excuse when they want 2 hours english and one hour maths and one of the other extra subject or any of the subject when they want I have been to meet the supervisor each week she hear you but she don't listen at all.
After you spoken to her in the morning you will hear when you picks up your child again.
Payment you need to que up more than an hour. no body following up if that person didnot turn up they keep calling more than five times and also if you have late payment you might have to pay extra payment if you don't follow up.
The teacher no experience what so ever , the first year University student , my experience my child asked the question to her teacher if she didn't understand instead of to explain her he asked her to change the subject or lough at her.
I asked my child to do extra homework the following week the teacher told my child" if she do any extra home work she should go somewhere else"!
I believe they are thinking of making money i do not mind deliver what you pay for but insted waste your time and your money.
I spoken to the supervisor on the phone and she told me that is the rule of the company she sound happy and confident to tell me that she is not allowed to speak my child! like that instead of talking to me.
No apologies they are always right!
Shame on you the teacher and superviser you shouldn't work with children as you don't know safeguarding rules.

I found the institution very resourceful and effective for the purpose of dissiminating and imparting knowledge in the students. Their students have performed extraordinary and achieved excellent results. I highly recommend this institution.
Best Tutors has probably be a good tuition center in the past but unfortunately this is not the case anymore. The poor customer service with rude and unprofessional staffs and a management unable to acknowledge mistakes and shortcoming. The head called my sister who has as well her daughter there saying her daughter didn't know anything so she needs to take more hours insinuating she was stupid. they have a very poor approach to customer service and very disrespectful. The management refuse to apology or accept any wrongdoing from their part.The staff and management has became way too arrogant and confidant thinking they will always find enough customers to replace the one leaving.The teachers themselves can be rude to children. Very bad experience many parents share but tolerate because they think their children progress and learn. Using religion and playing on parents weaknesses is shocking.

Best tutors has facilitated my learning whilst undertaking my GCSEs and a levels. It is a tuition centre that provides well structured and comprehensive lessons that are delivered by exemplary teachers. The groups are fairly small allowing for students to have lessons tailored to their needs and the ability for the teacher to have sufficient time to engage with each student. I highly recommend Best tutors as it has provided me and many fellow students the opportunity to study at some of the top universities in the country.
I have had many issues with finance whilst my son studied at the tuition centre.
However, I think the main advantage about it is that they do make you sit mini exams after each chapter completed which helps to improve exam skills. The boys maths department do also mark students papers regularly.
To add to this, my son found tutors to be helpful. However, they have to split their attention to 3 other students in the group which limited the contact time.

Best Tutors...false advertisement. They are not. Firstly, their staff is completely unprofessional! Plus they are extremely rude. This type of conduct I completely disagree and they have a very poor service. The diversity of the place is non-existent. Nearly, all the staff members are Somalian that barley can speak English which makes it a mission to understand what they are saying. Also, they speak their language in front of us [the customers] which is a major disrespect. The place also looks filthy which ruins their representation, if they even care about it, seems as if they are on a very very low budget. However, if you can see past all of the barrage of non-professionalism then they have some people there that teaches very good and people have succeeded.

I am writing this review to reflect on all that Best Tutors has offered me and my family and how attending the school has allowed my family to aim high and to be able to achieve our potentials.
What any student would witness if they enroll to best tutors is very passionate and engaging teachers. What stood out for me is the teacher to student ratio which is four students to one teacher and this ratio is hard to find anywhere else. The benefits of the these small groups was that my teacher was able to provide work tailored to my needs and also I was able to have more time discussing the work with my teachers.
During my time at best tutors I was able to achieve 7 A*, 10 A's and 1B at GCSE's , also I got A s in all my A level subjects which were in Math s, Further Math s, chemistry and Physics. In the second year I am predicted 4 A* s in each of the subjects I stated above which I should hopefully achieve this august. Furthermore, I am fortunate to also hold an offer from Cambridge University to study Chemical Engineering.
On top of this, best tutors has been there for my older sister assisting her during her GCSE's and A levels and as a result she is now studying chemistry at a Queen Mary's university. Also, my little brother has bee able to do GCSE Maths early in year 8.

is not THAT BAD they make it seem professional. also is group work they don't do 1:1 and that's not helpful because u can have like 4 students shouting across each other and it can get distracting i feel like parents should decide whether they want 1:1 or group sesh. personally i find 1:1 better.

This tuition centre has a bad organisation and need help in improving staff treatment . I went to visit the place and I saw something I will never forget, a woman speaking down on a fellow colleague. I personally could never place my child in such a toxic environment. They need staff training and basic manners.
Best Tutors is an amazing tuition centre which is very educational and fun to learn at. There are qualified teachers who will happily help when needed. Cleaning staff, Accounts and staff in general are very helpful. They have their own personal books for English and Maths which help in school immensely. Even if you can't afford it or come from a deprived family, The Head Teacher -Dr Nazir Ansari- will allow you to have lessons and compensate for those hours later on when you're monetary stable.

It is a life changing education centre for the youth. As a mature university student I can't help my children for their education because day by night I was busy with my studies. Before joining Best Tutor my children grades were appalling. Me and my wife were so devastated. Today when I checked my son's and gaughter's exams report I couldn't believe them. My son achieve one of the best student in his class for Science and Math in year nine. Amazingly my daughter whose grade was horrible before achieve one of the top ten in year six.

Staff are unprofessional and rude, and barely speak passable English. They had absolutely no idea about the specified contents of the syllabus for the subject they offered to teach.
I thought I d clear things up face to face but a (very short) visit showed children stuffed into crowded noisy classrooms like battery hens in an extremely dodgy looking building.
We looked into the far cheaper and more effective alternative of hiring a tutor online. But if you feel like your child needs punishment you always have this place.

By reading the reviews about this particular tuition centre I have decided to attend it. I wanted my son to bring his education level up. On the arrival I could not believe my eyes how filthy the centre was. Everything was so not organised from start to end. We were given a number and were told to wait. Half of staff that work there does not speak good English. How this place could be a tuition centre? But never mind. We were the first to come in, but for some reason not a lot of attention were paid to us. Our son was taken later and were given a test sheets to fill in. After completing his tests, we were told that they will mark it on the spot and sign him in to the class. When he finished the test no one bothered to mark his papers. They told us that they are busy and sent us home with given appointment 3 weeks later. We thought to ourselves we are not taking our child to that kind of mess and left. But guess what, they also called us few weeks after saying that their classes are busy and no space left for us. Avoid if you want to save your child from stress. Also you can see clearly that all 5 star comments are made by the same person as all of them are written in a same manner and starts with BEST TUTORS! Who would start a comment that way?
the building is so rundown and derelict that i am constantly seeing homelles people checking it out because they probably mistaked it for an abandoned building.let me tell you about my first encounter with the headteacher, my dad was having a meeting with him to try and lower the weekly fees as they were much too high and when i entered the office the head teacher started shouting at me for no reason and told me to get out his office, i stood there for a couple of a seconds and briskly walked out i was shocked with this mans rudeness. let me tell you another story, there was always this one homeless guy who caught my eye, he was a small and diminutive man quite small in stature and he always came at around 1 30 in the afternoon and then he started begging for pizza but not in a polite way he would start grabbing peoples hands and leading them to the food court and start babbling away in half pakistani half english, the only phrase i kind of understood was ...
