Yes, yes, yes so many reviews talking about the kindness of the staff, sure, I agreed on that but what about the people that visit the library as children eating and drinking when they are using the computer and not exactly for doing homework or something important but for playing while they are shouting from one computer to another even when they are very close. Or what about the people answering their phone calls ignoring that not everybody is there to listening to their conversation and what is worst ignoring that people go to library to read or to stay for a while in a quite place. I wondering where is the warming staff when all this is happening around them.

Boost Learning Centre (Basic Skills project), Roehampton Library
So I finished work and met my boyfriend in this library ,he was reading a newspaper there and when I arrived I said hi to him with a kiss on his cheeks without making any noise or anything at all. This Indian lady that works there came to us and told us to leave cause I gave him a kiss on his cheeks!!! I live in the area for 2 years and I know the stuff is very welcominf but I find that lady attitude rude and a bit judgmental...
Friendly staff and elegant environment, provide sufficient convenience for learning, thanks a lot.
One of my favourite places in London. The people who work there are warm and always making you feel welcome. The manager is a lovely lady, she is always ready to help. I bring my child there, I use the computers, I print there and always get amazing books.
Friendly staff and efficient service; reservations always run smoothly. Could do With a wider selection of children books, but I suppose that will change when they put in a new build/renovate the library.
Opens for only few days a week, big collection of books and few computers available self renewal machines
Most visited library! Staffs are friendly and helpful, always welcoming. Various range of book in an average space. Copying, scanning facilities available!
