Excellent ambiance, good food. People are very good. Price is also reasonable enjoyed my stay.

Had my family from France stay here when they visited. The perfect place for them was what they said. Be it the decor or ambience, the hotel had a five star approach. The service was fantastic and the staff very helpful. Special mentions for Mr Purushotham Pandey at the desk and Mr Mondal who manages this property. Kudos to the way this place is organized.

Stale and spoiled food, very poor service. Samir, who was helping us on our table is with a complete Don t care attitude.

New year eve party was one of the most hopelessly organised events I ve seen. Abysmal food quality and deplorable music. Live dhol at the food area which was a closed off space - it was a nightmare. The DJ (DJ Mahaneet) played such sad tunes and it was a really unfortunate way to welcome the new year.

Marriott - your name used to stand for something, something which exuded class and quality. I don t think so anymore.

We had a get together of our office at Fairfield Marriott Rajajinagar. Our experience was horrendous
One Mr. Shivan has an attitude and needs to be trained on treating guests.
Food was just okay

19 of us went for buffet lunch on 14th May 16. The ambiance is very good. FOOD: The spread was not great considereing the cost.. We had to ask for Roties to be served and remind.Ice Cream is part of the buffet but not on display. you have to ask for it. Poor table service. Oh ...and the billing.. be careful .. there was an offer- dine with 3 and pay just for 2. But when we got the bill they had billed for all 19 despite the fact we had carried the promotion coupons, which is available in their counters as you enter. They said it is not available for such bulk booking. After arguments they relented and revised the bill with offer and the worst -we realised that they had billed for 20 and we were only 19. We went back but they did not agree to refund neither apologised. Getting some one to attend to your table is an effort. This was at Rajajinagar. The AC was not effective- when complaint to manager he said all customers complain like that---. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nice clean hotel, there are a few nice perks like free daily drinks and free laundry (2 pieces). I would happily stay here again.

Nonsense place no proper food no proper tea poor toilets poor service didn't expect this at a Marriott hotel. Never I will go there

Stayed in hotel 216 was good staff was also too good. I had some transaction issues during the checkout staff person - AKSHAY at reception helped a lot sorting the things Thank you very good staff.

Value for money. Have never been let down by the Fairfield brand. The service was nice and the comfort good. Location wise it is located well if you have to go to the Mysuru side of Bangalore.

Liked it, the locality is in the center of the city, it's helpful to travel around other locations easily.

Got a chance to taste their Sunday buffet which is really really good in taste and as per the charge they are providing. The authenticity of every dish I felt here. In the buffet also they maintained it really well. Hats of to the F & B team. Apart from food and drink, you can enjoy some other activities as well here. Must try Sunday Buffet.

I was good but....the prices and the services provided by them were not really good.like the extra was broken ans had changed that bed twice but both of them were broken

I had Planned a dinner with friends and the staff at closing time was
extremely rude while we were exiting after settling the bill. They had turned off the dining area lights off of restaurant to incovinnece us and when complained were not ready to take our genuine complaint into consideration. Please investigate and shar your investigation updates on this. Rgds Benny

Awesome Hotel, Very Clean With Testy Food and Good Staff

I have visited the meeting rooms and the adjoining Kava dining hall, four to five times. The rooms are quite comfortable for small gatherings. The staff are courteous and cooperative. The cuisine is very good. Good choice of both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. Assorted desserts. Very nice and polite service.
