Undoubtedly the worst experience for me as a customer. I visited the place today to book their conference room. I was asked to wait to meet karthik. After 45 min and repeated requests, there is no communication. Their staff is not helpful either. I am a businessman myself and I usually never give bad reviews but for a hotel carrying the Marriott brand this is out right indecent.

Does not feel like a Marriott hotel. It is a lower end Marriott hotel. Ambience and decor is not good.

Good set of restaurants. Price is high but food is good but not that great compared to the price

I had been there at 10.30pm i had a lovely coffee and their cheese sandwich was very good nice place to enjoy late night

Dinner buffet is awesome non veg food is very yummy

Not upto the expectations variety compared to non veg, veggies hav to struggle to find different dishes than routine paneer and kabab stuff..

In the middle of the city. Great to have a coffee at.

The beauty of simplicity , rooms are elegant with great staff.

The dinner was ok ok there was not much variety to try .The staff was also looking untrained.

Had food in kava. Pathetic food. Most of the items were reheated and even then so it was cold on buffet. Worst part no body asked for feedback on food or service.

Nice hotel for conducting small parties and office events.

My stay at the Fairfield was great! Even under times and situations like covid-19 ,I was able to enjoy my time here with all the amenities provided by the staff.they were generous enough to make sure that my stay was comfortable. It was a great experience and intend to come back here again!

Best tasty food... excellent service...value for money

They had kept a big event for new year 2020 and had charged us 4299 for a couple entry. Mind this.. we thought we were attending someone's baraat. If this is how you celebrate New year, please stop.. had high hopes here. We returned by 10pm means you can imagine how pathetic it was.

Location was good . Food can be even better .. cozy and comfortable. Great place to stay

Location is to find, near by shopping center. Staff was welcoming. Checking and check out was fast and no issues. Rooms are comfy.

Had ordered food for home delivery which comprised - a prawn dish nd a mutton dish.We couldn't have any of them- the prawns(tiny 10/12 pieces)were just boiled nd tasted yuck with plenty of carrots and the mutton dish tasted like it was cooked with toothpaste. Very disappointed as it was a birthday dinner.

This place was a total disaster yesterday. Seems a.new venture, but does not live up to slightest of the expectations when being named Marriot. Non veg and fish were not cooked well & lacks taste. Ice- cream and other desserts management told is not available
Only good stuffs available there is Pasta, Jeera rice, Cutlet and Dal which is what we had to eat without options when it was a part of the menu.

We have been to attend a session. It was good place except the parking lot was dirty may be they had some leak or something because of heavy rains .

My cousin had a reception held in this hotel. But the management couldn't refill the food for the guest to eat. When asked about the issue the management said shortage of manpower and the food is been prepared now. And mainly the plates were not available for the said number of persons in the counter.
In my lifetime I would never ever suggest this hotel for my enemy also

Average ambience and food!
1) They offer good breakfast options on buffet
2) Food is average with very slow service
3) Hospitality is average - Staffs are courteous though they keep sharing smiles
4) Dinner buffet is bad, It was extremely frustrating to wait for longer for breads or pastas after having your curries served
5) No one to assist you on table allocation or greet you during dinner
6) Dessert gets finished and you will end up seeing only syrups in the bowl

Entry gate to the hotel says "Mall entry'. We got confused and took the small lane to the right of the property and got lost and got to know that it the same entry to the hotel too. Very bad experience as we had to detour for about a km and 15 mins.

We visited for the new year party and like many have said it was very poorly arranged. We were misled by their staff (Malkeet) into believing that there would be more events than there actually was. Overall it was quite horrible party with a pathetic DJ. We now know where not to go next year!

Worst place. Never plan here. Especially get away from their 3rd class food and rooms

Basic interior . Not very elegant rooms with lacking facilities of a five star hotel. Cost is high n it is more of 3 star hotel

Located right in the heart of the city. Close to Majestic and City Junction.

Near from Majestic. Easy access to the hotel location. Facilities are good. Rooms are not spacious but well maintained. Food is good. Staff behavior is good.

I had been there for an event. Extremely courteous staff, clean and good food
