The hotel is very good. There's wallet parking available the works are very friendly and nice. The ambiance is very good.

Place is fine however the food quality served in buffet was not upto mark.

Worst experience. I had requested for booking to accommodate 3 ppl 10 days before the check in date and no one was responsible in the front desk to provide an answer. Irrespective of numerous follow up, the day I arrived I got an answer "Sorry no rooms available " had to go to another hotel with kids. Irresponsible and worst I have ever had with the brand Marriot. Please double check twice on ur booking before you arrive.

Comfortable rooms, very courteous staff, the breakfast menu is really nice. I found it better than few other 4 star hotels.

Food in "KAVA" was Fab, Staff was cooperative, Lots of variation in Buffet. We had a Family Get together for dinner, for which they alloted us a Private lounge area and also arranged an lavish sitting arrangement.It was an memorable event and will definitely want to come back again.

The hospitality is unbeatable. Very courteous, professional and helpful staff. The only thing that bothered me is that the mattress was too soft and gave me a back pain the next day. Please note the pillows are made of down feathers. I also had a problem in room 412 where the bathroom entrance door kept sliding open and didn't stay closed. Other than that, the stay was pleasant and the complementary breakfast was also good although would have been much better if the food was kept hot and fresh till the end of buffet.

Food is good, bit overpriced but good taste and ambience. Very good service by staff at the restaurant.

Place looked really good at the reception but the receptionist hiked the rice deliberately and when I confronted him about the online price he mentioned the hike was due to some festival and in any case I said I would be interested to book , he then said that no rooms were available and that he hiked the price as a way of saying "there weren't any rooms available" , I was disappointed at his deception ....in any case place looked fabulous at the reception but staff really insensitive since I was dressed up in my pj's as wanted to wear something loose for a 6 hour drive. Nevertheless wouldn't discriminate the place due to one improper receptionist who discriminates people based on what clothes they wear. I would complain to the management next time I wish to stay there since the place looked good except for the receptionist there.

A big no to this hotel... Such a tiny hotel and the rooms stinks

Honestly speaking, it didn't make me feel like I was at Marriot. I was disappointed with the food options and the cooking ! The only thing which was pretty manageable, were the starters. Then on, the rest of the buffet was very disappointing !!

Best place I have been staying considering their proximity to malls and the railway station as well. I love their breakfast especially which is very good across all Courtyard and Fairfield Marriott in Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Highly recommend for a very decent stay with not so expensive when compared to similar rated hotels across.

Worst experience.
Went for lunch, the service was pathetic, food was cold and so bad that we were not able to eat anything properly. Not even a single item was good in the buffet.
Do not fall into the trap of unlimited mocktails. Service was so slow that u will hardly get 1 Mocktail in 1 hour, no matter how many times you shout at them

Airy and large rooms. Only downside was breakfast, thought they had very limited options

Hotel is very neat, cosy with amazing services. There is a beautiful swimming pool on the terrace. The hospitality is really good. The interior designing is good for taking pictures!

Good Hotel at a reasonable price near the center of the city. Full service hotel. Room is standard in this price range, clean and comfortable. Lounge and food very good, and has a roof top pool.

Horrible experience the worst hotel in the entire country i guess so rude staff . Will never recommend anyone no knowledge about customer service. I gave my laundry which they made it worst and in return giving me a look not a single apology .

We stayed in for two nights and three days .It was a pleasant experience.very friendly workers from receptionist to bell boys.awesome food.clean rooms.very near to More hyper market and Barbeque nation hotel.overall, our family loved this place.

I was there for a seminar. It is an average place. Not at par with the other Marriott's in town. Food was also ok. Staff is good.

I did not stay at hotel. But had been for a buffet on 16-Nov-2019 at hotel Kava. Booked through Dineout. Was denied from getting my bill after payment from Dineout. Was told that Bills won t be provided for online payments. That was absurd. And food not worth the money. Very few options in Veg. Taste was not up to the mark as well. Won t recommend to anyone and won t personally opt in future.

Totally waste Hotel. No lift from Parking area we have complete Merry Go Round to reach inside. Day one was horrible with this with my family. All members upset with style. Dont know which Engineer planned it for. While in Buffet we should order each time Rotis to waiter, while he bringing if someone from other table person asked for Rotis that brainless waiter provides our rotis to that person. Very pathetic move. If at all buffet to order each time then its called buffet?? Asked management about this, no proper response to this.. all are flying response other than Brainy Engineer, this smart management really painful experience. At the reception when we entering other person was too shouting on them that inspite of Advance booking for family with kinds, Hotel said No Rooms for them.. felt very bad for them toom. Dear management do focus on Buffet services; Parking Lift, And most on Reception Dept.. no propoer communication. Pls do not screw your loved Patrons.

Visited this place a few days back, had lunch in kava restaurant. Had a large variety of cuisines and dishes, very polite and well behaved staff. Overall, a very satisfied service.
