Parking is horrible and approach to hotel is another headache

Staff are not so well trained. Ok food nothing much to appreciate.

Poor sandwiches. Expected better for the price they charge. It was cold and not appealing enough

Food and ambience was good. Service very slow, had to wait for an hour to get soup and starters and we continued waiting for every single dish. Distressed our hosts greatly.

Why no one receives phone here ?? I have been dialing since half an hour

Very convenient and a modern hotel. This place is budget friendly if you travel in group. Amenities are good but not the breakfast.

The hotel is roughly 15 minutes away on foot from Bengaluru City Junction Railway Station.

Well managed. Ample parking. Food could be better. Rooms are well appointed.

Excellent place to stay when you are home away for long time. My daughter and I traveled from California for a weeklong in Bangalore. By the time we checked out, she was crying to stay back. Restaurant staff are amazing, they made sure she could try something new everyday. Santhosh Kotri - the chef is amazing to come up with customized food for a high energy toddler. Chakri, Deblina, Tina are the few names I could write here, but everyone deserves a pat on the back.
Just not the ambience, the house keeping is great too. Anil took care of place and he is super energetic and an amazing person.

Great place and courteous folks, who makes feel at home. Look forward to seeing them back in my next vacation.

Rooms are fine.....but the room service require drastic improvement in terms of urgency and attentiveness...it took them almost 50 mins to refill the tea kit.....orders from kava restaurant was to be reiterated again and again for timely delivery.... Buffet breakfast and dinner is very average....basic facilities of recreation are not available....can be a fair deal for professional tour...but certainly not recommended for leisure stay!!!!

There are 5 categories of Marriot of which this is the lowest category (1) . I liked their service which is awesome across all Marriot hotels and free food n drinks in the evening were also good. We got a room facing swimming pool so no traffic noise etc. Overall good considering the category and price.

Went for the Sunday brunch. The offer was unbeatable. Value for money and service was good. Only bad review would be for the live chat counter during Sunday brunch is horrible. None of the chefs has a clue about chat. Pizza and items on the buffet are good though.

I don't know how to do it in the lab practical if you are interested in the position of the position and the position and would like to be a part of my life for you so you don't need it urgently or not sure how to do that to you and I have to go with a few things to get to work with the other day and I was reminded of all these embarrassing things and they have been trying for me in it for me if I don't have it for you in 2 with me on my way now to make it easier to use and what the heck is going to w ww a few years away and I was reminded of the time I was thinking we could get together with a lot more time to make

Nice buffet food. Loved the service. Very cool ambiance. Lil tough to reach there. Every time it s confusing to me where to park how to reach etc etc. I loved the salad here

The value for money isn t there. We had booked for one day conference. We had to arrange chairs and tables ourselves. There was no staff and the management was unresponsive most of the times.

Except receptionist everything was good experience, they could inform few hours what is the check out time, coz we are not awaring business deals bw hotel and our company, without intimation blocking room acess key!!! What they hell, if they have our contact no they can call nad say about checkout... Dnt make panic

Very bad store and a very bad manager who did not honor a store tag on one of the kids shoes for an ignorant excuse of for got to remove it . Shame on you pantaloons store for such a very bad experience.

Had been here for a workshop. Food was good. Ambience was good. Clean and well maintained. Overall a good experience

Worst receiving at reception.Nobody bothers us guding to room and carry our luggage to room.This hotel has Smaller standard rooms.Though it's 4Star Hotel but I have seen Better Hotel s than this In Bangalore.Except for single Bachelor Standard Rooms very congested.Better prfer JP Cosmos at Cunningham Road than this.

I went for a seminar and had the buffet here. The buffet spread was good and tasty. Would be good if black coffee and tea are part of the spread too. To end the heavy meal.

Hotel is backside of the mall. Entry is non decrepit but inside has commendable interiors
