Decent Atmosphere, very small reception, okey dokey food. Heart of the city.

I was been there for my friends engagement.. The ambience is good but the food was not that tasty
It's clean and well maintained
It also have conference rooms and all

There was a event which me and my wife attended recently and the Toilets were not cleaned as and when people used it .

When they knew the event is going to draw huge crowd they have to clean toilets periodically .

The event involved expecting mothers and cleanliness is utmost important during such events.

Not clean toilets and not upto marriot brand expectations

Hotel Is Good for Staying
But Food was not Good they repeated same food of Lunch to dinner
As Service to Room is very Poor
As a member of Club Marriot I was expecting good service as I get in all others Marriot but this property of Marriot is just ok for staying

Need more food counters for people attending day sessions.

Probably a 3 star hotel. Close to city center. Conveniently there is a good mall next door for daily conveniences. Once I had been there for a reception and the food was good. It has a small hall to host parties, conferences etc. I think it can accommodate about 350 people. It has good connectivity by road and 2 metro stations on different routes are nearby.

The seating area is huge. The restaurant has both buffet and Ala carte options. Buffet consists of pasta, Indian chats and Indian meal courses. Staffs are courteous and Valet parking is available. The hotel is well-designed with large rooms and minimal theme. All fittings work properly, like water draining from the sink and shower floor!

Comfortable room but not spacious enough. The mattress was too soft. Found difficulty in getting sleep.
The spread in the restaurant is good but you will find it repetitive if you are staying for more than a couple of days (I stayed for five).
Staff is very polite but service can be slow. Room cleaning service was not consistent - I found short towel missing after three days, tea bags not refilled, water bottles missing etc.
But overall the stay was pleasant.

Decent Hotel of Marriott standards except that room decor leaves one with a feeling that something is amiss. Stall shower only. Meets international standard for all amenities.

The hotel in overall was good. Price is on the higher side but worth it. Rooms are not that extraordinary as it seems. Room lightings are not sufficient. The pool on the rooftop is something attractive. Overall it can be a perfect stay for weekend visit around Bangalore

Very strategically located place. World class infra & facilities. Service staff is courteous and professional.

The location is decent but the services are not at par with other star rated hotels. To start with, there was no escort to guide to the room or carry the luggage. The mini bar in the room were empty. The food quality was good but only one of the restaurants were open.

I was there only for a small time. Unable to judge in such a small time. Also I didn't booked any room

Hospitality is very very poor.
Had to wait for 20-25 min minimum to get even a sachet of tea in the room.
Service is super slow.

Only the breakfast was good.
But the service was so slow that we had to wait for 20-25 min to get our tea/coffee and even after that the waiter failed to serve my coffee.
Couldn t try all items also, as again the service was so so slow.

Desserts bar make anyone go weak on the knees, it's like stomach magically makes more room for desserts.Great experience! Clean rooms, courteous staff. Got an upgrade as well. The most pathetic Marriott property ever! Pathetic service, terrible rooms and staff that hangs up on their guests. Guests are checked into rooms reserved for other guests! I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone, especially female travellers!!

this place provided me with a comfortable stay for a long week, the staff's friendly and attentive. good food w/ quick service.

Very bad service by staff. Kept waiting for 1.5 hours for a sandwich which was ultimately not delivered. Even breakfast order took 1.5 hours and delivered after repeated intervention. Front Desk receptionist Martina Islam was rude. Overall a negative feedback.

Extremely Ridiculous hospitality! The hotel is not at all filled with professional staff even after giving the flight details pick up was missed and I had to wait for good 45mins and even then no cab was arranged and the irony is cab from outside is arranged and somebody else is picked up instead. Absolutely RIDICULOUS

Value for my money chain by Marriott. Staff is polite, helpful. Rest every thing up to Marriott standard. I love sabudana khichadi (sabaki that) usually found only in Western part of India. Wide variety of menu for breakfast. Centrally located in heart of Rajaji Nagar. Very good option for one day business travellers
