Great 3 night stay. Breakfast buffet had a ton of good options. The head chef was great and talked me through the food in regards to my allergy concerns. Also gave me a good rundown of all the food and drink safety measures.

Nice place to stay with family. Suites are very good,affordable and hygienic. Food is great and the staff was friendly and helpful. It's accessible to nearby places. Like mall's.metro station etc.

Event - May 16th - No words to describe the great experience that we had with Fairfield Marriott. We had arranged a family social event at this place. Although we did not have a good start, Fortunately we had a great team to turn it around and fulfill our dreams in a grand manner. The details to the arrangements and compromising their dining restaurant space for our event buffet was some of the main best things they offered. What a wonderful food.... kudos to chef Mr. Jaya Krishnan. We were asked to taste the food fro their restaurant menu days before the event and offered a choice to change them if we wish to. Event Manager Vivek and his team Sooraj was amazing in organizing the seating to minute details we had asked for. Sooraj from Spark Events was also an amazing person to work with. He also did a great job in coordinating with Vivek and arranging a beautiful backdrop and the stage. All the people mentioned above really worked hard to make their customers happy even when we were negative in the beginning they did not lose their cool and treated us with respect right throughout the whole journey. We could see them being truly happy when we were satisfied and amazed with their arrangements. Overall this team is a clear example of turning a negative experience into positive by having a great attitude, patience and putting customers experience in the front. I would recommend this place to all my friends and everyone that I know because they are simply amazing. Thanks to Mr. Brendan too who initiated this event arrangements during initial stages. Last but not the least food was out of the world, every guest of ours praised the quality of food and the way all of the Fairfield people treated them with due respect. We had to arrange everything from abroad, without this team we would have not been able to achieve what we had planned for. I will not hesitate to book Fairfield Marriott for our future Events. They have a beautiful pool on the terrace, rooms are nice for the price. Service at the reception was bad, they were snobbish. There is no lift from the basement parking. Breakfast was good.

Great cozy place with courteous staff. The food is best and they customize it to guest's taste. I live in hotels across the globe from Monday to Thursday every week and all I can say is, this is one of the best guest service I have come across in India. I highly recommend.

A great hotel we have enjoyed a beautiful, pleasant, spacious room with a very comfortable bed and an enviable bathroom. We have enjoyed a great breakfast, rich rich very complete everything was delicious and a very friendly staff.

Food is excellent and hospitality has always been good. This time it was not the same. The manager Suraj definitely needs to learn how to behave with customers and mind his words. Will definitely not visit anytime soon to a place where the manager tries acting smart and is blaming the customer. There was an offer with dineout which couldn't be clubbed and I was unaware of the same. Instead of informing me, suraj ended up providing the bill with the higher value and says this can not be changed again. I had to make sure he does the change. No body would want to pay more for when they are being offered a better deal. In this scuffle, we forgot to collect the cake which we had taken along. This again was their mistake. They took forever to pack and get the same. Even the billing was delayed a lot.
Within an hour of our exit from the hotel, I have called them and informed them to store the cake, I'll be sending someone to get that collected. My person went around 9PM to be informed that they have disposed the cake since it was out of refrigerator for an hour or two and wasn't in edible condition. The entire place is air conditioned and the cake was a black forest, wouldn't spoil soon like a pineapple. They are fooling around then arguing with the customer and in the end telling me to remember to collect the cake next time I dine with them. Pathetic. This arrogance and ill mannered attitude will not earn a good name to the group. Very disappointed. Mr. Suraj definitely needs to learn to be gracious if he wishes to remain in the hospitality industry.
