The manager was too stubborn and he didn't even bother to rectify the problems raised by us (minimum 50 people) and the eggs were not peeled, upama was toooo bad,

This hotel was too expensive for the location: an hour away from the airport and not close to anything. The dining area was fine, but not great (which was frustrating for the high price to stay there).

I visited here for food even though I stayed at the Hyatt Place in Bangalore. The food was excellent and the Restuarant in the lower level has a good Buffet.

Good location. Very efficient check-in. Excellent bellboys. Very comfortable rooms. Good breakfast and dinner buffet in main restaurant Kava. Very good a la carte dinner in Kava.
Buffet dinners served to us in banquets left a lot to be desired. Housekeeping could not do our rooms till 2 pm on both days. Swimming pool freezing cold.

Had great time at Fairfield. All precautionary measures were take care of well. Special mention about Mr Chakri from in room dining who made our food experience so better. His hospitality felt like home and I am really glad to have been to this hotel. I cannot express in words the kindness and positive vibes whilst being at the property.
Good job! Keep up the spirits.

Price is precovid & service is pathetic. All the facilities are closed . Only Gym is open, no other facilities are available like recreation rooms , no snooker, fuse ball, carrot,TT. Food price is exorbitant and Quantity is very low esp we ordered veg and non veg platter for ~1650 and we got 11 pieces of veg and 7 pieces of non veg. Even though we were staying in the hotel they forced us to pay the food price even thought we requested then to put the bill on our room . They don't trust the customer. Never ever going to visit this hotel ever in my life.

I had a lovely stay at Marriot. Mr Ashutosh was very warm and interactive. He took special care and was excellent at customer service.
I would like to appreciate Sajith. He had a very professional approach and was very sweet. He is very poised and awesome personality.

Food, ambiance and service is the best. Food tastes just as good as it looks. With huge varied menu the hotel stands out of the rest. Rooms are clean with responsive staff, they address the issue as soon as possible. There's warm water in each and every restroom. Everything reeks of class and luxury

My self Sandesh Benjamin a Hotelier by profession, I'm sad to inform you that I have experienced the worst service and standard in a brand Hotel Fairfield by Marriott.I did a reservation 06-11-2018 to 08-11-2018 using my rewards points to stay in Fairfield by MARRIOTT Hotel Rajajinagar Bangalore, Karnataka, INDIA.
As I entered the room it was ok. And As I noticed the bathroom amenities which was placed for only one person. So I made a request to please the amenities for 2 pax. HouseKeeping person came with the Coffee Tea Amenities but he enter the room just placed it on the table just like that and walked out, giving me an option to arrange the amenities by myself if I wanted. (Which was really bad). Later the person didn't turn up again to replace the bathroom amenities which I had requested. After my dinner I made a second request. No response. 3rd request also no response. After 8hurs gape in the morning before I could go to have my breakfast I made my 4th request to Ms. Nisha from the opporater. She immediately sent the person. (Very attentive staffs keep it up).
When I was having my breakfast EHK Mr Ramesh approach me with an apology. I told " it's ok , no issues I can understand ". He in return offered me an omelette. With due respect I accepted it.
Finally when I received the omelette which was half coked. Very bad. I was so confused that should I laugh at them or scold them. I called a person and showed him the omelette and asked. "Did I asked for half cooked omelette?". He had no words to tell. I just Ignored them. Went to have some cut fruits to end my breakfast. Cut fruit were so bad that too much cold and not pealed properly.
Finished my breakfast. Went to near by wash room to wash my hands but I was very surprised to see such a badly maintained washroom. Ice cubs in urinal, pan masala on wall, dust in urinal. Very horrible.
Went to my room. Surprised to see a wrong order placed in my room. Though my wife informed the IRD person we didn't order the food. The IRD person was so brilliantly suggesting my wife " No Madam sir only came to Restaurant and placed the order please check with him" which was wrong, my wife knew that i didn't placed that order. She knew where I went.
Met the AFOM and explained him about my horrible experience. He was so absent mind and suddenly came up and said " Sir , please let me know what you want to make you happy. Anything sir. Do let me know. Shall I give you complimentary dinner "
It's was so stupid line for me to hear that. A person AFOM had NO other option to offer an unhappy guest than a Dinner along with that unprofessional lines. I was almost about to scold them very badly. I just controled it because I didn't want to waste my time and energy with stupid professional people.
Late in the afternoon when I was going out AFOM met me and told "Sir , as you had a bad experience and your stay was not good. We will be charging you only for one night. The second night stay points will be returned to you. Please don't put those photo what you have taken , as any feedback." So I just replied "No need to worry I won't be so harsh". As I didn't asked for any points to be returned OR I didn't asked anything complimentary. I didn't comment anything on the offer I just went out. Later When I checked in my marriott mobile app the points was added so I and my wife decided not to put any comments. Because something was done already from the hotel side without my concern. Later in the evening on 07-11-2018 After my dinner I just made a request to service desk to send me one sweet lime soda with sugar and salt mixed properly, as complimentary. Order was taken without any objections.
IRD person brought the order placed it on the table and went of. The order was placed in the room but not as I requested. But it was fine I started mixing it by myself when I picked up the salt it was so bad , full of dust in it. Horrible salt. Finally I was done with this people complaining again and again. . Accepting SORRY . So I decided to put a my feedback on TripAdvisor.

Good food. The ambience is amazing like all other 4star hotels. It's entrance is not very easy to spot and we needed to ask directions from the mall security. The hotel kava has a good spread and it's not as expensive as JW Marriott or even Taj. Anyways I liked the place and I can recommend this to go out with friends if you're treating
