Attended the new year party. Arrangements and food was amazing..Lovely and friendly staff

Big luxurious hotel, had been for office party, liked the interiors of the place, valet parking is available, 10mins from majestic bus stand, but the food was not that great.

Had been there for dinner. The ambience is good. Service was great. A bit expensive than buffet at other places considering that the spread wasn't great. The food was delicious.

It was for a conference visit, food was rather bland.

The hotel seems to be running on some compulsion. Extremely limited and poor choice of food, clumsy presentation made it totally a forgettable experience. To make matters worse, I was hosting some important guests.

Dinner buffet is really not worth the money paid for. Pasta was sour, baingan was sour, rasam didn't have any flavour, pastries were dry and the cold potato salad was smelly!

Nice ambience. Good service. Food worst. Buffet is not worth for what they charge. No much options. Taste also not good. If u go with a group u may be left out empty. Waste of money.

Actually I went to meet my friends.. Ambiance was good food was too costly but taste was good .. We called food for room service . that was late delivery ... Should be fast ..if u r visiting in Hotel Marriott....

Very nice room and breakfast services provided by Mr. Malkeet. The way he showed his care and hospitality towards us was really amazing. He was polite and understanding towards our likes and dislike. He made our stay really comfortable and memorable with his hospitality and manners. Would really like to visit again.

Even upon several requests, earlier night's dinner plates hadn't been cleared until we checked out at noon. The room was stinking.

They pampered me with great service and attention. Will definitely go back.

Buffet is above avg for veggies..great for coastal varieties

As the name says... Just about fair... Don't go with much expectations... Staff is good but that is generally true for all hotels... I did feel that they were a little understaffed though, like during the peak time, at the restaurant you may have to wait really long to get someone's attention to take your order... Food is also just about ok... The entrance to the hotel is really small with only one sofa set in the so called lobby... Coming to the rooms, the rooms are really small and the bathrooms even smaller... You really have to adjust yourself there... Staying at the hotel reminded me of my stay at IBIS hotel where I felt I was staying in a railway compartment, though this one was slightly better. The hotel is colocated with a mall and at a covenient place close to Yeshwanthpur, but I guess better options are available in the same area. Overall an okay hotel which can meet your basic requirements.

Made an unplanned visit. Ordered an out of menu cocktail. It was served diligently. Didn't eat much. Lovely ambience, food, service. Very promising young staff made us happy.

Ambiance-
The cleanest Marriot in Indian format not like in Australia or UK. Kind of Experience they have a long way to go..They need to have proper lighty. Front Desk looks like 70s 80s lame Bangalore. You wont find Kanada or Tamil speaking staff with their fluent english.. I really felt Embarrassed.

Cuisine buffet
Attitude minded Manager in the culinary very lame Wine bar and the wine selection.
The ingredients used for traditional food thats the main marketing part of this buffet attraction which is not great , additive ingredients used and the spread needs to have a limit what they serve.. Its senseless and passionless.

Buffet culture in Bangalore has from filthy buffet diners like Bakasur to high class diners like ALOFT- This comes to ALOFT Category... they use the same low quality of ingredients appropriate to the dish which varies...

BEWARE OF OIL What they cook in Bangalore in general, it was a dissapointment. They oil what they have included was disgusting on my system on all traditional spreads.

JUST TRADITIONAL FOOD for normal for all those immigrants who come for business and other food freaks throw away money and cannot even cook or be hospitable in their homes...

My questions are
Why cannot they try other cuisine with proper quality ingredients?

Why are they so fixed people to write and hype about their place?

Do you have any innovation to sell your presentation in the name of dining with proper international with humanity care?

Rooms-
Very Average with the staff mostly North Indians in annoyed Bangalore .. you need to communicate twice to inform your request to be fulfilled, Very average rooms compared to Australia- Melbourne or UK-London.

Reachability-

For People from South Bangalore- Its a hell of journey for buffet for unhygenic buffet.
Sorry I am highly dissapointed...

Will Not visit again...

Now just because Fairfield Marriott was nearby I thought of checking it out with my friends and it turned out to be great. There is very high professionalism in whatever field whoever is doing.
