Very neat and clean hotel but away from markets and shopping areas

Great hospitality & good rooms. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed with them for a leisure trip and would highly recommend this hotel.

PROPERTY is very well maintained, rooms are spacious and very pleasant. Fitness Club and Rooftop Pool are well equipped and brings comfort and relaxation.

LOCATION is very good as its located adjascent to WestGate Mall. All consumables can be easily sourced.

MANAGEMENT & HOSPITALITY deserves 5 out of 5. The front desk staff is courteous enogh to understand and have given us early checkin and allotted room as per our preference. Honestly speaking it took me just 60 seconds to checkin. The Housekeeping staff has left no stone untuned to ensure our comfort, Housekeeping executive Shubrojyoti has kept a handwritten msg in room as goodwill gesture, Housekeeping Incharge Ramesh personally came to ensure our comfort. Entire restaurant staff have treated us well. Chef Hafijur Raheman was always on toes to take care of our and our son's needs and preferences.

I have stayed with all luxury hotel brands but could say that MARRIOTT is the best.

The room is a bit small for two people. The room had most amenities like mini-fridge, tea maker etc. However the bathroom towels were a bit small. The room had a slightly dated look. The flooring was chipped and stained at some parts. Other than this there was no other issues.

Nice...but the room size and the ambience is almost similar to other cheaper options available. The washroom I must say is very luxurious. Overall a good stay.

Had a very memorable stay at this property. Excellent and helpful staff. We were travelling and our auto driver was not understanding a word of hindi or english, at this point we called at the hotel and they were very helpful in guiding us and had no problems talking with auto fellow in his language. The Chefs are too good. Food is just superlative. Thank you very much all of you.

Excellent business hotel with vet good restaurant. Situated on backside of a big mall, where one can find all daily necessities.

Very good hotel to stay, well maintained, it s a startup hotel with white smokey barbecue under construction. Staffs are very kind, chef are good they prepare whatever we ask for.

Breakfast is nice with some variations. They have super friendly staff and good amenities, instead. If you got a trip for business then it may a good choice for friendly price compared to other hotels in the area and a quiet ambience. Unless you want to go into Bangalore s hotspots area, you can just walk in the same complex to find a coffee shops and electronic malls or get 15-20mins taxi to the hotspots from here.

It is a 4 star hotel .... service is quite slow .... food is good in taste ..

The parking is a pathetic stinky place with left over food thrown. Besides, there is no lift from the basement to the reception/hotel. One has to walk to the reception.

Today we went here for an antinatal class from cloud 9 for the whole day.
The setup was fair enough but the fragrance was not that great.

Later on we realised that the toilet flush was also not working.

Was surprised to know that the maintenance was so poor in such a reputed hotel.

Lunch with the program was very basic and blunt. Not much options. This might be because cloud 9 would have opted for a simple lunch.

Had been for lunch with family. It was a decent place. Starters and main course were good although not very great. Dessert could have been better. The staff was welcoming and courteous. All in all it was a decent experience.

The staff is extremely coordial. The buffet breakfast has plenty of options. The corridors were having some foul smell....hope it is not permanent. The hotel rates high on value for money ....Asutosh Singh needs special mention for his eagerness to help.

Nice place for celebrating parties and functions. Been to this place recently on birthday eve. Ambience was good. Veg section was really good. veg starters including veg dishes are really tasty , though some items like daal, brinjal curry are not as tasty as expected, still good enough and tasty. Felt good...

The best of bests. Awesome in ambience food and luxury. Go and choose it blindly

Not a great place to stay.Only that it's near to markets .Please do not consider it an option if you have better choices. .
