Josh Workman is such an unprofessional crooked hack.

This company preys on the lower income people who are struggling to fix their credit. They take your money and do nothing for you. I cancelled my service after I was charged $140. Then I was charged $120 after I cancelled my service. When I called, there was no record of me calling and cancelling and they refused to refund me my money.

I purchased services about 2 weeks ago and my score has jumped up 10 points since then. I also have several aged accounts that were probably easier for them to remove so that might be why my experience has been more positive than others after reading bad reviews. I'm very happy with the service and the agents that I have spoken to. I hope to see more progress in the next months to a year. I will update everyone in a about 3 months.

It has helped me do a 360 on my credit. The improvements has surprised me, and things are truly changing for the better. I would recommend LexingtonLaw to anyone who has been through what I hav been through. I m super happy with the way things are looking for me.

If you re looking for immediate credit repair like I was then I highly recommend this service. They work with you and keep you posted and are very honest with you.

Paid them to overcharge me bill early causing overdrafts of 70 on top of the 20 overcharged and 20 for late fee when they hit my bank just 4 days later and one day early after instructed NOT to bill before 1st and when I called for an explanation and adjustment after that resubmitted their bill on the 10th with a late fee because my bank returned the first bill attempt they promised not to try until the first .When I called and chatted to complain , they just rudely made excuses and acted like it was my fault that i wad late and I hsdnt even joined but 4 days before they started billing me 120 plus late fee so I said I wanted my money back they did nitjing but setup up my account that shouldbt have cost me 140 and on the 12th they canceled me instead of applying a 20 dollar credit (not 40) for their mistake on October bill and all I saw was another 18.59 charge for work done ( 2 letters mailed if I am guessing correctly ) in sept but they didn't do anything and were already paid 120 for the 99 pan and a 20 late fee in addition to coating me 70 in overrwft fees because my pair it the scone time I van though I ewe short the extra 40 bucks when I had only expected to pay 90 and had paid the first of fee from aug 31. And they called it my problem wind tywt there is nothing they can do about the late fee going on and on about all the alleged work they did for me .and that's how it goes. for that work calkibg it instead a setup fee beved mentiomer even oned in sign up process or asked for on this website so bow im out 248 bucks for nothing but them to read my report send to letters to two creditors from what I can guess charged me another 19 the next month for work I paid 175 for plus 70 od fees and only 12 days "work" ? I've no idea what they did, and they won't tell me after 4 calls and 2 chats and nothing but a merry go round of what us available to me in my packaged plan that is a bunch of useless rodundanf notifications of changes for my report which is i guess what they call WORK. even though I told then I already know what's in my report that's why I hired them .to challenge and correct errors in it , not to charge me to repeatedly notify me of what changes unless its a removal but I guess their idea of work is telling me redundant information about what I already know and get regular updates about from my credit card company for free. These people are nuts full of useless empty talk with no accountability for anything or for the damage done to my bank and budget whiie I struggle trying to live on a fixed income and being hounded by creditors over bills that are incorrect or not even mine to begin with that are direct results from a violent relationship that left me financially emotionally and physically devastated even after fleeing 4 yrs ago and I hired them to help me clean up the damage to my credit what they are doing is not at justified for the cost of undelivered promises of services they bait you in with to basically commit financial RAPE and further consumer abuse . I bet they are working for debt collectors to get info and alert creditors of any info that helps them because after signing up my phone didn't stop ringing for a month and I had to put rude greetings and threats to make them stop harrasing me to death and then I find out I paid them to cancel after they sold me out

First they started taking $99.00 Lamont and told me it would take about 3 months and after 6 months with little results I went to $13.00 a month for monitoring . My credit was not bad but I have been turned down twice for loans because of inquires they put on credit report. They will not tell me what inquires they have unless I increase my commitment to $25.00 a month . They are a ripoff and scammers and if you use them you wiil be ripped off too. I now have to try to figure how to get there letters off myself. They will not get another cent from me

Lexington is on top of everything that happens with my credit and it has made such a difference!

They have shown, even with me being a new client, that they are really running in head first and getting right on down to challenging all my cases. Im very pleased.

Great company very dedicatied to helping you. Does a great job communicating, but maybe a little too much communication...a lot could be done in one phone call instead of 4.

This company does do some good. I have had movement on my score. Late payments have been removed but no movement on the hard inquires as promised. I have spoken with customer service but still no movement. This is a concern for me as these items do impact my score. Hopefully this will be addressed, if this changes I will update. Another issue is that I just got my wife got my wife to sign up and she could not get the discount on the first month no explanation was given outside of the 3 day limit. Outside of these items the service is decent.

Lexington law has been very diligent on working on my reports and repairing my credit. They're monitoring is sharp and they informed me each time that anyone has ever looked into my credit even though I did not apply for any. when I did apply for a credit card for the first time, they let me know the good and bad about it.
They also inform me of the UCC codes and where debt collections are taking advantage of me. Scare tactics to get you to pay when you don't necessarily need to, was a relief when they told me not to panic because it was not true.

This company promise the world, but can't deliver. There more like a credit monitoring than a credit repair. Your better off with Credit Karma, and challenging everything yourself.

I had been trying to get credit cards n loans n was always getting turned down so I checked my credit report out n found out why my score was very low n had negative things on it so I checked into finding some help n went with your company and it was the best thing I could have done your company went to bat for me n raised my score n got rid of a lot of negative things on my report thank you so much and appreciate it a lot if I get in trouble or have problems later on ill be back. The experience with any of their customer service representatives was extremely pleasant. A great group of people to deal with honestly. The only problem was that I paid them a lot of money to fix my credit report beyond what I had already done and the results were minimal at best. I gained less then an additional 10 points on my credit score over 4.5 months. This was definitely not worth the money I. I could have used that money to pay some of my debt down and gained more points on my credit score then they were able to help me with. Very dissatisfied with this service and would NOT recommend it to anyone.

Only 1 star so I can write this review. This company is a bunch of smooth criminals! I was contacted by a company that claims to help you get into a "rent to own" home. Part of their process is to get you in touch with Lexington Law to help you start building your credit for home ownership. Seems legit, mostly. So he transfers me to LL and a young lady starts asking me questions. Mind you, the initial call was a cold call, really it could have been anyone, but I've heard of LL so I cautiously answer her questions. She was very pleasant and sounded sincere in wanting to help me. After a few basic questions she then started to ask for my personal information. I asked if she was expecting me to give her my social security number to which she said yes, so we can run your credit report, but it's just a soft inquiry so it won't effect anything, and then quickly tried to move along again asking for my mailing address. I stopped her and apologized, explaining that I was contacted out of the blue by the guy that transferred me to her and that I wasn't comfortable giving out my personal information. I tried to continue with telling her I was interested in the service she offered but would just like to look more into LL before giving that information and asked if I could call back. She immediately shut down and RUDELY said "have a nice day" and then nothing. I could still hear people in the background so I said "really? So I refuse to give you my personal information and now you're just cutting me off?" No response, so I continue, I know you're still listening, I can hear everyone in the background, this is exactly why I'm cautious about giving my information out, people like you! If you really wanted to help you would understand" she then disconnected the phone. SMH idk if she missed out on a commission or what but any company representative like that should be ashamed! Definitely makes me believe this company is shady AF! I'm so glad I didn't give them my information! I'm also going to contact the initial company and let them know that they are referring people to a shady company which in turn reflects on them and they too will lose business if they continue their partnership with LL!

I have NEVER been a client, I have NEVER even heard of them and they will NOT stop emailing me! I have called dozens and dozens of times to resolve the issue and I just get hung up on, or bounced around from person to person explaining my situation over and over. ABSOLUTE SCAM. Classic telemarketing, dirty, crooked business! FAKE.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM. You are better off taking care of your credit report yourself than paying some puke of a company that claims they will do it for you.

A major rip off! I called multiple times and never could speak to anybody. Held today on my lunch hour for the entire hour and got no response except to listen to the stupid recording for an hour. Sent multiple emails, nothing. Tried live chat, again nothing. Finally after 9 attempts I got through and canceled this service just to be told I'll owe another $50.30 which they will steal from the card on file. $14.95 for the first give days, then they took $119.95 on 3/28 which was supposed to cover everything until 4/28, but today is 4/10 and they are theifing another $50.30! OMG people, what ever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. NOTHING BUT DISHONEST JERKS HERE. I've damn sure learned an expensive lesson. Shame on you for feeding on poor people.

The young lady I spoke with I forgot her name but she was so helpful very friendly you're so helpful. She took her time and walk me through everything step by step you need more people like her for your company. Her people skills was excellent she deserves a raise!!!! I just loved her overall performance she was very helpful and she wasn't trying to rush me off the phone. She took the time to walk me through in explaining everything to me and I want to thank her so much for that.

This has been a very long process. Lexington Law has been very diligent and upfront with what and how they have done things. I have complete access to my files and they have always answered my questions.

Removed many inaccurated misleading and derogatory items from my credit files thanks to Lexington law now have unsecured Visa credit card first time in 20 years had a credit card customer service excellent they go above and beyond

I have been signed up for about 7 months. Not too cheap. In the beginning I thought it was a scam, but my Equifax has gradually moved from a 685 to a 767. Transunion a bit less dramatic but up. Cant check my Experian without ordering a report. ( I use credit Karma to track )

They don't do anything you cant do yourself but it is easier & they know what to do.

My only complaint is that they take their time. The process could be done in a month or two but they stretch it out to keep you paying.

Still has been worth it to me.

long wait times when trying someone on the phone....no response by direct email esp if you need a lawyer...had the repair service for 4 months and my score never changed....they send out constantly emails claiming removal but its the same one account that wasnt bad nor good...don't waste your time also u will have no direct website to your credit score

Lexington Law is the first company to actually help as advertised. I have dealt with several fraudulent companies in the last 2 years, Lexington Law is professional, proactive, a great value and well worth the tiny expense. I highly recommend this company.

I recently signed up with Lexington law because I tried to dispute so many things it seems like so many different times and got nowhere. It has been just a couple weeks and I have had a good level of email communication. It seems like they are getting the ball rolling. I have no real debt but am due for my first child next month and am hoping this helps me get my score back up. I will keep everyone posted of how it all works out

For years I was in a jam due to being a victim of credit fraud! I couldn't get a chicken coop in my name! I was living in a weekly suite hotel, working a dead end job & driving a car that always had an issue & I just couldn't see the forest for sooo many trees!! After several attempts to tackle my disputes myself, I became more frustrated! I went to my bank to discuss my credit issues & was introduce to LEXINGTON LAW!! OMG when I called, I could feel my prayers had been answered!! After a few months negative items was deleted & my credit was re-establish & I'm so thankful for this company because it was a very turbulent challenge that LEXINGTON LAW FIXED!! THANK YOU SO MUCH

If you want to be taken advantage of by fine print and be screwed, call them! They love to call fifty times a day, send multiple text messages and oh yea you can't reply to emails from them because they don't exist. Tried to cancel over email and apparently you can't do that, asked to speak to a manger and I think the girl just put me hold and watched you tube and told me no. Worst company ever, I would rather lick a McDonald's floor after a rush hour shift than use this company again.

The TRUTH to this company is this..

They can actually HELP! Seriously, I've been with them for over a year and they've removed over 30 items off my report. My credit score has increased over the year and I am happy with their services. I'm not here to BS anyone, you have to stick with it! Don't expect your score to go up 100pts after 1 or 2 months. There is no "quick fix" for credit. It takes time, but this company LLF did a great job. I started with the $90 per month, then after 7 months went to the $50 plan and now i do the $20 maintenance level. Eventually I'll end my monthly payments, but for now I'll wait to get the few final things off my CR.

Over the 14 months, I've paid over $1000, but it takes time and money to clear your credit. I have credit cards and a lease on a brand new MINI Cooper now. Money well spend IMO.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a terrible company! Please do not do business with them. I signed up with the only two months ago and I was told I could cancel at anytime. That is a lie. I am currently trying to get a hold of them to remove my card on file and cancel their services due to lack of communication, results and discrepancy. I have been trying to contact them for 14 days with only failure as a result. I have been on hold for 40 minutes to 2 hours every single day with no one answering calls. This is unacceptable for any line of business and I don't recommend using their services AT ALL. I contacted them by email and left several only for them not to be repsonded to or answered. This is down right ridiculous for a company that claims to have 30+ years of business under their belt. Please do not use their services.

Lexington Law personnel are always very courteous & helpful - their knowledge goes a long way! I've been with Lexington Law for quite a few years & I strongly recommend this great company! No regrets!

Lexington Law should advertise better online. They are great but I never would have found them without a friend.

Spent months wilt little to no results.. They say they are preparing letters to send to me to have notarized, but they never send them.. 3 calls over 2 months without the letters ever being received. Keep putting me off when I call and saying I will have in 3-5 business days.. Rinse repeat start over.. Funny thing is they say they have emailed them, but they are not in SPAM which is all maintained, and they refuse to mail or send via any alternate means, but it will take 3-5 days to send them (even though they say they are already done..???) Cancelled after 3 months of this merry-go-round and they will not refund payment or deliver letters. BEWARE!!!

This is such a rip off. Only use them if you have more than a few negatives and issues on your credit. They claim to have work done for these few things but really don t do much

Lexington Law did an excellent job for me by challenging creditors & removing old credit reports that should have been been removed so many years ago! My FICO score was raised by over 300+ points in less than a year's time! I was finally able to obtain a credit card after so many years that I could not have gotten otherwise! I appreciated their periodical notifications of the progress that they were making during the process & how the work performed reflected positively each time on my credit score, indicating their diligence in their service! I really enjoyed watching my scores increase with each reporting agency each time they removed negative items from my reports. I do not consider their service fee to be a lost expenditure, but rather a reasonable investment to get my credit back on track again! It definitely paid off! Thank you for all of your fine work!

SALESPERSON Told me they were going to bill me one $29.95 starting fee witch turned out to be $129.99!!!!

I originally thought this was going to work really well for me, we talked about prices, which was less then 20 dollars at the time, and then took that out, plus an extra 100+ some extra charge, that I was not made aware of !! I explained my situation to them, but they lacked the curiosity of even mentioning that much would be taken out.

Would HIGHLY not recommend. They have hidden fees, they don t consult you and when you try to cancel they ll tell you, you can only have partial back or you can have back all the money they took but you have to stay with them! Completely unbelievable.

I can personally attest that Lex Law is a company with integrity. Money well spent. I put them up there on my A+ list along with BBB and The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. They removed all negative items, including items that were there from MAJOR identity theft issues. If you want to fix your credit and get back on track then I recommend these guys. Companies like this one help to restore faith in humanity during those times your running low on it.

They have been very helpful. A little slow on response but very professional and friendly.

The paralegals are very respectful and caring. They are very attentive and knowledgeable. They can get negative things removed. They do not, however, negotiate with debtors.

They lied to me and promised five or six unique enterprise quality services after losing 17000 in damages to the murai virus in the hands of a really talented hacker. They knew my situation and when I really needed them they shut me down by saying you knew we only did credit repair.

What makes it worse is because of that lie I didn't have services in place and suffered more damages to my identity because I believed I didn't have to be on top of it paying Lexington damn near 400 a month. It's a messed up, predatory game, credit.

I did end up reporting them to the state's consumer fraud agency because they have the initial conversation, terms, and conditions recorded. If they had to hand that over they'd be shut down.

All though I have not needed Lexington to remove any items from my credit report, I value their
identy theft protection and credit monitoring. I know I can count on them!

I joined March 15 2016 and almost a month later I havent seen any real progress so it boggles my mind when people are saying they 10 to 15 removals in a month...seems kinda bogus or either lying to me.

I haven't had any problems or issues. My score has jumped 120pts in 7 months. It didn't really start to gain traction until the end of month 5, then a ton of negative things started to fall off one after another.

Some people are too impatient and do not give them enough time to dispute issues. I can promise you that it's not a scam.

I cannot express how disappointed I am in Lexington Law. Just yesterday, I signed up for the service and spent over 1 1/2 hours with Marissa, a Credit Consultant. I paid for the credit report even though this website, along with others indicate it's free of charge instead of the $14.99 I paid. During the session, we went over every single credit item (and there are lot of them) on all three bureaus. Today, I receive an email asking me to go through my credit reports and identify those items that need to be disputed one by one. This couldn't be true, since I completed the process yesterday. I called in and waited. The Paralegal explained that my file had not been completed. In fact, Marissa, labeled each item as not applicable. What? It may seem small to them, but dealing with credit issues is hard and painful. It's important to know you can believe it people who are working on your behalf; not to mention the service is NOT free. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Of course, no one is available. Yes, I'm ranting because I'm always disappointed in poor customer service and a lack of professionalism especially when you're just getting started. The worse part is nobody and I mean nobody cares!!!!

Worst experience ever they took $200.00 from my account. They are a scam and just trying to take your money. I would never recommend anyone and I have contacted my bank for fraud. They told me 14.99 to start, cancel at anytime so I called the next day to cancel. And they try to charge me for work they said they did. What the hell!! what work my credit score is the same. They are not honest people and your business will fail doing that to people and as i read the reviews I can see I am not the only one this has happened to.

Lexington law firm done an excellent job. What time me and my husband had them. Some unexpected medical bills came up and we can't afford them right now. But as soon as we get through this we are going to use their service s again. Thanks for what they done for us so far.

I started paying them $100+ a month in the beginning of October 2019. After 6 months with absolute no progress or information I had my payment plan reduced. Its now almost a year later I paid them more than $1,200 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...... I have ONE (1) negative thing on my credit report. That is not mine and I have provided proof it is not mine. Well it's still there and now I SOMEHOW OWE THEM MONEY!!

This company does not deserve any star. I recently tried to sign up with these people to help fix my credit..however they wanted to charge me $14.99, I told them I would give them a call back to process a payment. 2 weeks later, I am charged on my account $119.95, without my permission. I called there customer service department, it took almost 45 mins to speak to a live agent. As I explained to the rep that this is very unprofessional and illegal. The rep stated they would investigate and if they feel I am correct in what I say they will refund all charges. This morning I wake up to a charge of $14.99!!!!!!!!!!! Not only did they charge $119.95, they never charged me the start up fee when I first called. It looks like they charged me yesterday because they forgot to charge me the first time. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!!! All they do is send e-mails everyday as if they are truly helping your credit. Disgusting.

I'm only in the first 2 weeks of service with Lexington Law.So far I have had 8 items removed from my report and I haven't even been billed yet. Though I know some items may come back if the creditor responds. I'm happy so far. Truth is you have to take action on a personal level and watch what you are doing to your own credit as well. But only time will yell if they live up to their end.

Lexington Law's credit repair services are good - not great, though. They need a more user-friendly website, for starters. They also need to improve on communication with clients. It would be better if each client were a dedicated person at the firm assigned to each case so that clients do not have to explain things over and over again to several different paralegals. Also, the "upload docs" function on the site needs explaining. I uploaded docs pertinent to one of my cases and never received a call back about it, further instructions, an email... nothing! So Lex Law "sat" on it for more than a month until I finally called and basically told them what needed to be done with the docs I sent and which case it applied to. The good news is, the staff is helpful and friendly for the most part and complaints/concerns are handled promptly and their services DO PRODUCE RESULTS (I've had about 22 items removed from my credit report in the 9 months I've been a client). However, much more can be accomplished for the money if the process were more streamlined... Please note my suggestions/concerns above as to specific issues. Overall, it's a good value but would be an even better value if prices were either lowered to reflect the issues or more streamlined service were available with the "premier" accounts. I would recommend this company to assist you with credit repair services, with the caveats aforementioned noted, of course. :)

My experience with LexingtonLaw was wonderful. All along the way, when i called they explained in full detail what was going on and helped me with wise choises as to how to improve my credit. Now im at but because i got more credit in use. Thanks for youre help and this was a wise choise in hetting LexingtonLaw to help me along the way.

At my job I help my clients with there financial situation as a whole. Getting out of debt, Saving money and creating a personal budget plan to make there life's less stressful as possible. So many of my clients tell me about Lexington Law Firm I cant even count how many of them have had no success, over charged, payments coming out early and seeing no to little changes in there score. I called just asking simple questions about the program just a minute ago. The lady that took my call got very defensive and rude when I asked the simple questions about disputing items. Costumer service is not even close to professional. Made me feel even more uncomfortable with the program they have to offer.

Hired Lexington Law for 5 months and only had 2 minor infractions. RUN AWAY. They have literally done nothing for me. I highly recommend any other company.

I joined Lexington Law in January 2016, all I had was five negative items on my credit file. They removed one item from only one credit bureau. I have paid $600.00 so far and with little to no result, I called to cancel my service when monthly charge appeared on my card today. I called Lexington Law asked to reverse the charge from today and cancel my services. Agent I spoke with agreed I should get the money back for this month but her manager George O shea will not allow the refund. I spoke with him, he stated charges that appeared today was for services that was rendered to me last month but when I active their services they charged me the same day without providing me with any services. I was going to keep my wife acct open with them but it appears Mr. George O Shea didn t see the logic in canceling my acct with refund of one payment and keeping my wife account open. I wouldn t be upset if they were able to remove one item from all three credit bureau. I would not recommend Lexington Law service, this is something you can do yourself. Based on my own experience and of my friends, they are not effective as they claim and I believe most the reviews you see on youtube or on many websites are fake.

Suspended my account mid cycle in the middle of sending certified letters. On top of that my bill was payed and up to date. But they sure did lie and take their sweet time sending the letters to me to have them notarized. 3 weeks for one 2 plus for the other. But they suspend my account....for what? The 3 major items have yet to be removed!
