When I signed up with this lawfirm they went to work on my credit file right away. I was surprised how fast my credit score went up .
Now they just monitor my credit. I recently put a freeze and fraud alert on my files. I spoke with the paralegal and she answered all my questions and concerns.
Great job
Thank you for the great service.

Just want to say, I really appreciate there being a business that helps get you back in good standing with creditors. It's easy to get in debt but rather difficult to get straightened out without help.
Thanks very much for what you've done so far. Getting good credit means a great deal to me.

Don't trust them with your bank accounts...they'll take everything you got plus some. Make your account over drawn $-500. So much frustration. You'll probably wait to hear from someone for 43 minutes, and get disconnected to just wait another 45 minutes, like me. Nothing but a scam. Oh, and only in the few months of me being client, they didn't find anything to even help me out...so, what I'm trying to say, they just want your money so you can sit there and wait for nothing. Waste of time, MONEY, and space.

I was so pleasantly surprised with Lexington! All my family and friends thought I had been bamboozeled by the way I signed up for this. I was looking for homes and speaking to someone saying the first thing to do would be fix my credit, then I was transferred to some guy. Extremely nice guy, but I was sure what I got myself into. 1-2 months later I was seeing things drop off my credit and my score going up. I would never have the time to do what they did so I am VERY appreciative of their services. My credit score kept raising and continues to do so still. I was able to move and that meant everything. ALSO I they re customer service is amazing!!!

Don't get me wrong they did get some items removed, however they purposely take their time so they can suck more money from your bank account! My husband called to cancel our services last month and was told that both of our accounts would be cancelled, well mine didn't get cancelled and were we charged another $100. I called in and spoke with someone who states that my husband couldn't have cancelled my account that it would have had to be me to make that request, I explained that I was sitting right next to my husband when he made the call to them last month and heard him ask if both our accounts would be cancelled and he was told yes. The representative I spoke to was not pleasant and argumentative saying that we wouldn't have told him that because of privacy...blah blah blah..., she said they could pull up the conversation that my husband had with them last month to prove that, I requested that they do listen to that conversation because if they had told him that I needed to cancel my own account I would have done that last month while he was already on the phone with them. RIP OFF!!!!

They are a little costly, but they do everything for you. They also let you change the dates for when you need to make your payment. I do propose to add more promotions and discounts to help with affording the cost of services. Other than that great company, very professional.

every time I've talked to the para legal staff they were very personable and were able to answer all of my questions. After about 4 months my score has went up about 250 points and rising due to their work and advice, 3 of my credit reports are now clean and the 4th should be clean by next month, this makes me very happy! they also started working right away and I would recommend them to anyone who need their credit repaired.

Worst place and the supervisors are worse to communicate with then the call representatives who were super kind and willing to talk. Took my money and would not refund it. Make sure you read there e signature pages too there are a lot of hidden things they don t mention when you sign up which you think they would since there trying to help you. The most ignorant and rude experience I ve ever had over the phone talking to someone.

I went through a company who uses Lexington law firm to help their clients clean up their credit. They guy from the company told me that it was free and they paid for it because I was renting from them. They transferred me to Lexington law firm and instantly I realized that everything was being read from a script. One of those calls where they only want your information and no side talk like, how are you doing today. They didn t have time to answer that question. I was patient and she told me it was X amount and I told her that I was not interested because the renting company told me it was free. So she asked me again and said can you pay this today and I said no. She asked why and I told her that I would rather sit down with someone than do it over the phone. The lady then Said, it s not like you can go anywhere and sit down with someone right now anyway. Wow! Very professional. They are very rude and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Thanks.

My experience with Lexington Law has been nothing ...

My experience with Lexington Law has been nothing short of life changing. In six month I went from not being able to get a credit card to getting one with a very high limit and I qualified for a great mortgage with a superior rate. Lexington did all of the leg work with my creditors and credit reporting agencies with little effort from me. They were always professional and supported me through every step of the process. I HIGHLY recommend this service. I will continue to use them to keep my reports on track and monitor for any fraud.

Client ID: 4770205

Client ID: 4770205
Cost: $2500 over 3 years
Results: NOTHING

I had ONE single negative inquiry on my credit score and no results. I even paid for their "more comprehensive" service and spent HOURS of my own time filling out the requested info all for nothing. I even had representatives acknowledge that they hadn't done anything over MONTHS while I was being charged $100 per month.

DO NOT USE LEXINGTON LAW. They are not responsive and only have automated emails go out that are pointless. I was NEVER contacted by a representative in the 3 years I used Lexington Law. Every phone call was made by myself and each time they would "escalate" the situation. Well that happened 10 times with no results.

I signed up with Lexington Law in August of this year, then I found out I can do exactly what they were doing for free with my bank! I did everything in about 45 minutes with a banker and waited the 45 days for the responses from experian and transunion, although I have not gotten a response from Equifax yet I have already seen great results with the other two! DON'T FALL FOR THIS! YOU CAN DO THE SAME THING ON YOUR OWN! it's not a fast process, but you may see results for free versus paying them all kinds of money to do nothing while waiting on responses! Wish I could give negative stars!!!

After reading so many negative reviews when search...

After reading so many negative reviews when searching for Lexington Law on Google at work today, I felt that I should leave a review of the experience that I have had with the company.

Prior to signing up with Lexington Law in February 2015, I had read many reviews with most of those being not so favorable. But, I felt even if they could remove a few negative items, it would be more than I could on my own since I felt like creditors wouldn't even talk to me or help me especially those that I may have failed to pay timely or at all (I had a period of being unemployed in the past).

When signing up with the company, I had 36 negative items on my credit reports. To date, Lexington Law has removed 31-34 of those items (the variance is due to some creditors reporting on some or all credit reporting agencies) and my credit score has improved a great deal! With their assistance in cleaning up my credit reports, my credit score has raised and I have acquired new credit, increased credit lines and been making timely payments on current debts that all help in improving/maintaining my overall credit rating.

I seriously had to practice patience because I wanted to see items being removed within a few months, but many did start coming off at 4 or 5 months and then a few more each month. By the end of January 2016, I felt that Lexington Law would not be able to remove the last few items and cancelled my services.

At no time, while on their Concord Premier program, did I have to pay for any additional services. The staff was always very helpful either on the phone, email or chat sessions. This program also provided a credit monitoring service and I received updates to any changes on my reports.

Good luck to you in whatever you decide to do. For me personally, I'm glad that I took the risk and signed up for services with Lexington Law.

These people only care about themselves - I set up initial payment to draft on a specific day - they drafted it earlier - caused fees and problems with my checking account - then drafted again on the originally set up date - did not refund money as they said - they have caused me more problems than have helped - I asked them to suspend my account until my finances improved and they keep trying to draft my account and are charging me 19.95 a pop even after I have asked them to stop - not happy with them at all.

I am very disappointed with the service that I received from Lexington Law Firm. My wife and I signed up for the service together that was suppose to be discounted. This is the worse service my wife and I have ever went through. Needless to say I was charged full price for both of our accounts that were suppose to be a family package and they so called couldn't find her account after I was charged. After all the advertising that is shown, you would think that there customer service would be up to par. Everytime I speak to a representative I am being told different things and they are very rude. None of the call centers/representatives are on the same page. After the first month of confusing, wrong pricing, and nothing being solved. I thought things would get better the second month after complaining but nothing happened. After 2 months I cancelled my service and was still charged full price after being told it would be discounted because of the touble that I went through the first month. I do understand credit repair takes time, which is not the problem in this case. The problem is the communication and overcharging. Never again will I ever mention Lexington Law firm to anyone or go through them. Completely unsatisfied.

I used this service for almost 1.5 years. I have Bankruptcy Chapter 13, and the rest of my credit was ok. Because not improvements I cancelled (less than 50 points improved). After some time passed I received clear my bankruptcy chapter 13 (Discharge) after I paid all for 6 years, so I hired them again, they told me they will charge 109 dollars for the first month after the 15th of each month. They charged 15 days before, so I called to cancel. They never send or process anything in 8 days I hired them. So I waste it my money. Hopefully they can refund me this money. Let's see.

MIRACLE WORKERS! My fiance signed us up on a whim ...

MIRACLE WORKERS! My fiance signed us up on a whim and I thought it was a scam. I got 3-way called at work and was taken by surprise. I don't like surprises so I asked 100 questions about what type of service it was. I already knew about them a little from the Credit Karma websites. That being said within 2 months I had 40% of negative items removed off Trans Union, and they were already moving towards the same thing on the other 2 credit bureaus. They only do 25% or so at a time so it takes time. She paid $99 for the upfront fee, $99 for the first month, and then we downgraded to the $59/monthly plan. Got a $20 discount because we hadnt been told it would be $99 EACH. They also refunded $50 to help with that misunderstanding.

All in all for the few hundred that was paid, over $1000 came off my credit report. Then I went to buy a car - got approved. Filed for a home loan - got approved! The mortgage lady said this would be a scam and she would "still be able to see my negative items." Well SHE WAS WRONG! They were all gone - except the ones Lexington Law didn't get to yet so I told her I KNEW it was working. You could see the difference in the 3 scores. 667, 654, and 602 - the last one being the last ones they were trying to remove but hadn't gotten to yet.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE!! They did wonders for me and the customer service has always been amazing every time I call to bug them about something :)

Terrible terrible terrible! waiting for manager on the phone currently. I sent emails requesting to cancel services and never got a respond. I did however get a call from them when they realized the card they had on file declined payment. I expressed to the rep that i would be cancelling my services and poor guy seems to be trained not to actively listen. he tried to sell me a different product after i clearly reiterated that i was not interested in their services, even gave him the rationale why. before the end of the call he mentioned very quickly that i still has a balance on the account and attempted to close out the call. I stopped him from doing so and asked for manager to take over the call. He rep put me on hold and after about 5 minutes he came back on the line and stated that my case has been closed and as a 'courtesy' the 'balance' on my account had been zeroed out by management. I specifically had requested to speak to a manager but she 'chanel black' simply passed the buck on back to representative who provided me with the resolution. I asked the representative to get her back on the line and you could tell he was somewhat terrified by doing so almost as if he would get coached on how to de-escalate. The supervisor mentioned that i had five days to cancel the services from the date of actually acquiring the service which i did not know. what the salesman made clear was that i was able to cancel the services at any time. We closed out the call with the manager assuring that the case would be closed with a zero balance and also agreed that she would be sending me an email to that effect by COB. I will provide updates

Worst place to work if they hire you as paralegal ...

Worst place to work if they hire you as paralegal is fake, literally you take phone calls the whole day and on the training they skip alot of things that you are supposed to be trained on to be a "paralegal" in their "law firm" you dont take a real test from the state or anything to become a real paralegal just a paralegal/csr inside the company, there's alot of confusion between departments as each department stay in their own bubble
**Also fyi, I could make this a really long review of why I hate it this company and the way they do business** i know the way they do business and what they do they just scam people for their money

I signed up for credit repair and was told on 8/18/16 that since my wife and I were doing it together we qualified for a discount for the first month. I was told we would be charged 14.95 to start and was charged twice 30.00. I thought ok maybe I missunderstood the start-up fee. They also told me that 9/22/16 we would be charged 49.95 each so almost 100.00 for us signing up together when it is regularly 99.95 each. But every month after that it would go the the regular rate. That was fine with me as well but then 8/21/16 they removed 150.00 from my account that I did not approve. I am sure they help people out just fine but I did not like the dishonest sell at the beginning and wish to halt service with them because of it. I hope they will refund the misappropriated funds as well.

I do not know what happened. 8 years ago when I used Lexington Law they were AWSOME!!! They removed 19 items in a 6 month time frame. I have hired and cancelled with them 3 times since hoping to get the same experiance as the first one. This final time sealed the deal with every letter they sent to creditors coming back to my personal address. I read the letters and they are so generic, misspelled words, I mean if I was a creditor I would be shocked that this isnt just some guy sending letters. Its hard to reach anyone, they charge a lot but do little and they are not even a law firm nor are their reps paralegals. In fact I think the reason they suck so bad lately is because they outsourced to foreigners. They need to do some soul searching and go back to what they once were because now they are trash... I went with a different agency and hopefully I can get better results.

This is a do it yourself deal. Just copy and paste your creditor's info into a dispute letter( you can download off the internet) and dispute it yourself. Reality is when you give your mess to someone to clean up, they can not decipher what is actually going on based on your credit report. You must provide information and can do it yourself without friendly leeches prolonging the process for $100 a month. FOR THE RECORD PLEASE STOP CALLING ME ! I AM DOING IT MYSELF, SO CONSIDER IT DONE!

Do not sign up or anyone else with you to get the deal of half price they will charge you $49.XX just so you can have an account open with you and later not tell you have to pay + $43.31 to send out the letters for the first month so no matter what you still paying them over $90 + dollars even if they say you on a deal.

Lexington law has responded to my google review and would like to fix any issues I had with their service. I am currently receiving free credit repair and monitoring from a class action and now Equifax!

I thought the system these lawyers used would know this and I guess could be a common mistake in selling services that have no compatibility/redundancy!?
This is what a washed out market does for our ecomomy as a whole. Its just sell, sell, sell.

They never asked if I had credit repair service before or if I might think about contacting creditors myself/writing letters on my own behalf?

If you have no time on your hands I'm sure this can be a good service but LL. you really need to start operating with more transparency that way customers can get what they need not what you want, which is money.

If a card gets declined, don't keep charging it with lesser amounts so you can get paid. Just reach out by email, call, fax whatever.
Thank you and be the best at what you do in this great present of knowledge and truth.
