NOT RECOMMEND! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!
Uncaring LAZY Staff. I don't know why they have a call button. They NEVER answer it. I have to walk to nurses station to get help for my dad & they are all standing around talking.They are served cold food Too!
Roberta is the WORST supervisor I have ever came into contact with. She is terrible to the patients & can't handle critism without taking it out on my dad. I walked in one morning to see my dad trying to get out of his wheelchair with alarm going off & the staff was just standing around lollygagging! If I had POA over my dad , he would be out of there!i am thoroughly disgusted with this place!!!

Wonderful place. We could not have wished for more loving and attentive care givers for mom.

My Uncle is in Hospice. The nurses are making him comfortable and checking on him frequently. I just don't want him to be in any pain. So far, the staff here is making sure of that.

This place is horrible i wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy. The most laziest staff i have ever seen in my life. My mom was there for 1 night and asked for us to pick her up cause she couldnt get any help to the washroom. Im even goin further and reporting the place to b.b.b.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Terrible place. We had the worst experience ever. Do not bring your loved ones here. Stay away.

Does not even deserve to be a 1 star!
AWFUL! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
1. Patient was given a wheelchair that didn't have breaks when they were discharged from hospital from falling.
2. Bathrooms were not under ADA compliance. When nursing manager was notified, patient had to inform nursing manager about ADA compliance.
3. Took 26+ minutes after the call button was pressed in order to get help.
4. Nurses at nursing station were giving each other massages.
5. Staff didn't know when nursing manager was scheduled to come in or even who it might be.
6. Facility seemed dirty.
7. Room was not cleaned, gum on floor, sheets on bed were stained.

Lexington Health Care was one of several healthcare facilities we looked at in a three day span. Yesenia was welcoming and able to accommodate my father. Unfortunately, the medicare situation causes the nurses and CNS's to be overworked, and I am, sure underpaid for their care. However, dad received excellent wound care and good care overall care. I cannot thank the staff enough for their attention and care.

TERRIBLE... no one watching the residents. I went to tour for my mother. Very bad experience. Nursing staff no where to be found. The women who was touring me had to keep going to the nurse's station to get help for the residents was they were on their own. Aren't they supposed to walk the hallways and check on the residents?
