Levi Strauss & Co. Review

I really like Levi's clothes. I have been buying clothes at this store since last Thanksgiving.

I was very satisfied in this store. The staff were very helpful, bringing multiple pairs of jeans till I found what I was looking for.
Gets a bit hot and stuffy in the changing rooms, and the lighting could be better, but overall a good shopping experience.

A must, the incomparable and unique service in the world you can request the services of a dressmaker in the store.

This company is very Anti-American! I am burning everything from Levis.

The only jeans you ever need are in this store. I know they have to cater to the tourists with all of the Logo line, but they have a great selection of vintage and higher end finds too. Their staff (especially Jen) knows denim and how to fit it on your body. He knew precisely which sizes to bring me in the different cuts to fit perfectly. They also have a great clearance room with shoes, accessories, and clothing.

Levi's store is original from San Francisco and was expecting this store to have a big selection on their products, turns out for women they only have skinny jeans!! If you wanted boot cut like me then you have to go online! I was disappointed.

They don't sell denim any more. Only the 501 are no stretch. I went to the gap and they only had one pair that isn't stretch. Jeans are dead, I'm Afraid.

What can I say it's the legend of Levi's but the store tends to be a bit pricey you have to go online if you want the deals but one of the best things they have there is the patches

I wish Levi's had kept the store on Post St. This new one is nice, very well designed and great clothing. The only problem I find is that it feels smaller and moving around with crowds is difficult and not as easy as the store on Post. They need to start printing so many paper receipts for transactions and be more environmentally friendly please.

Straight from the source jeans! I like going here because they have the news styles for the upcoming season. Also discounts, but you can usually pick up 2 pairs of good jeans for ~$100. Not bad at all in the world of denim.

It seems that the store is big, but when you start looking for your size, then disappointment comes: it's easier to order from the site.

Shop "original" of Mr. Levis! And, in addition, there are specials proposed ... That happiness for man and / or woman.

Big selection. The staff get it; mens Levis work better on most women than men's, so don't try to steer women away from mens merchandise.

1) Staff here were friendly and helpful, and there were actually staff on the floor to assist us with our questions.
2) Custom shop - you can have jeans custom made or customise T-shirts and other clothing items through printing and embroidery. I customised two Star Wars T-shirts for $30 each, which I thought was great value for a unique gift.
3) Large range of stock and well set out store.

Had custom jeans made from the tailor team. August is a legend. Made an exceptional pair of custom jeans. The store itself is immaculate and all the staff are friendly including the security.

A huge store that's a definite tourist spot. Not particularly special, but the staff is often friendly.

Premier Levi's store in san Francisco reasonable price long wait for tailored alterations, 10 days. Helpful and friendly staff although they are rushed off their feet.

Had an exceptional experience returning some jeans I had purchased that were the wrong size. Hayley was patient and incredibly accommodating, being sure to make my time at the store pleasant as I fumbled through receipts in order to complete the returns. Would recommend this location for all of your denim needs, and be sure to ask for Hayley as she is fantastic!

Today there's a huge sale rack at the back of the store. The workshop looks novel and interesting.

It's a branded Levi's store. The range of goods is mainly made up of new collections of clothing. There is one store in the shop floor, with clothes up to 50% off. Discounted jeans cost you about $ 30. Very nice service if you buy from a new collection.

Good jeans since a thousand years or so. Unfortunately shopping here is quite annoying. In 5 minutes I was approached by at least as many sales guys trying to help me.

It's incredible how being the flagship Levi's store worldwide, they don't carry all sizes and models. I came here with my husband to find a specific style and a size somehow difficult to find with no luck. Staff is very helpful though.

Decided to buy my first pair of jeans since 30 years ago. The choices now are overwhelming so decided actually going to the store where they had all the styles and knowledgeable people would be the best way to navigate all the different types. Charlotte, the sales associate, was amazing. She gave me the once over exam with her experienced eyes and told me to go to the dressing room. She brought two styles in two different sizes and after trying them on and scrutinizing me, told me to buy the smaller sizes. Now I have NO curves, I use to buy men's jeans but she convinced me that the high waist super skinny jean in 30x30 was the way to go, and for actually working in jeans (we have a ranch as a second home) the 724 high rise straight in 10. I never would have chosen those styles or those sizes but she was right. As I was showing her the fit another customer said those were "perfect" jeans for me. The new stretch jeans are so comfortable compared to the 30 years ago all cotton Levis that stood up by themselves and had to be beaten into submission before getting comfortable. I will ALWAYS buy my jeans at this store now and hope that Charlotte is on duty. There's a 15% discount if you are a student, teacher or in the military.

Go see Charlotte for the best fitting Levi s for your body type. I have a whole new opinion about my body after being fitted for jeans by her. Levi s please give her as raise ASAP! Thank you

The store is nice with slot of options and very organized. Prepare to be heckled though by every employee within eye sight.

Not as good as their previous flagship location now occupied by Apple's new flagship in Union Square. The selection is less, but at least their staff is friendly. If you need your Levi's pants custom hemmed, this is the place to go.

Very rude staff, you need to ask them for help then they walk away with another customer? Very poorly run establishment.

This store is less busy and actually easier to shop in than the one closer to Union Square. The store is more organized, and easier to browse through the racks without people getting in the way. I find better deals at the other store, but it takes longer to dig through to find my size. I'll continue to shop at both shops, but this one for sure for less stressful shopping.

Great store and prices, but super crowded! If you go on the weekend expect to be in line for everything as this is frequented by locals and tourists.

Large Levi's store with custom tailor in case you need to make adjust to your jeans. And the staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Disappointed jeans are as expensive as in France no interest to buy them here.

I am not knocking the Levi's brand, I grew up in Levi's. However, I went and bought 2 pairs of Levi's at this store. It cost me around $170.00. They didn't have my size on the shelf, so they had to look in the back.they reappeared, at said they found them, and walked me over to the cashier. I paid and went home, only to discover 1 pair the fit perfect, and the other was the incorrect size in both waist and length. I will never go back, I will go on-line.

Nice store and very helpful staff. Too bad I wasn't able to find the right size for me. Is 28/32 so uncommon?
