They only stock expensive 'premium' Levi's. Expect to spend close to $100 for a pair jeans... How naive of me to think they would stock regular affordable Levi's here. Wasted my afternoon thinking the Levi's store would have my normal Levi's. Might go with gap from now on out of spite. I don't appreciate these sorts of tactics designed to corner customers into buying a more expensive product. Staff was more than helpful, this is a complaint directed at corporate.

Great Levi's store with very friendly staff! You can get customisation in this store to any item of denim.

This is the only place I will buy Levi's from...AND I LIVE IN L.A...Staff is always on their toes. They got some expensive pieces to drool over too if you feel like taking that credit card to the next level. YOLO SON!

Store them in Levis in the city where the brand itself was born! Excellent choice but the must is the internal tailoring where you can put patches to customize the garment you just bought!

Always check the clearance rack 1st, best deals there.

I think this store only carries the premium lines so you can't find the regular products. Wish it was brighter especially in the changing area which would help customers evaluate their jeans better.

Staff are very helpful and manage the store well though.

Nice employees but no way to start a room, so you have to carry around all the jeans you re interested in until you go into a room. I was also hoping for more Made and Crafted selection and cuts other than skinny jeans for women. But no dice. Off to the website I go.

The new store is conveniently located next to the mall and close to other Market Street consumer locations. It's got a thorough inventory and very friendly and helpful sales associates. Every now and then there are really great sales as well. I'm pretty pleased with it!

Madness with so many great options, there are for everyone, short, full, huge, etc. It is impossible that you will not find what you are looking for.

The store is very large and very well decorated. In the heart of San Francisco, 1 minute from Powell station.

The main sections of the shop are pretty well organized and the staff normally attentive and corteous, but pay attention to the 50% discount sections that apparently contain items that are not discounted and the cashier flatly refused to honor the discount.

Fantastic crew! Helpful and friendly. Went in and got a pair of my fav Levi's Atheletic Fit Jean's with a bit of help. Had a good 20% discount too!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was probably my best shopping experience ever. Manuela made me feel like a VIP and I ended up walking out with three new pairs of jeans.
