Had the pleasure of meeting Daryl Vereen yesterday to check out our roof and property damage from hail storm also.... just wanted to say how pleasurable it was to visit with and learn what they look for in damages...very detailed and informative... hope my adjuster sees our need... I had no idea, service could be so fast, pleasant and effective. I had a week to close on the rental property, and they negotiated with my insurance company all while finishing my roof, gutters, screens and garage door all ahead of schedule. I lived out of town and they just took over. I have had rental properties for over 30 years and never knew a company could be this great at service. I STRONGLY recommend this company!
We absolutely could not be happier with the service and work done by these fine people. Completely honest with great work ethic. All questions were answered in a timely fashion (same day). David was our "working supervisor" who not only was available whenever needed, but he was here when materials were delivered and, sat in his truck in the hot temperature for the entire time work was being performed at our home. He was very conscious about the clean up after work was completed and even came by on several occasions to make sure everything was good and to double and triple check the work and our satisfaction. I would and have most definitely recommend these guys and will use them again when we do any remodeling of our home. Thank you Level 1 Construction for our beautiful new roof and gutters. My family & I could not have chosen a better contractor for our roof and fence repair. Matt did all of the coordination with the builders, including my insurance carrier. Matt walked us through the entire process and remained engaged until the work was finalized. We could not be happier with the end product! Level 1 has exceeded our expectations & will always be our #1 choice!
They were simply awesome. Chris Horstdaniel was made the entire process of getting our roof replaced so easy. He handled the insurance company and when he said the crew would show up to do the work, they were there on time. They completed our roof in ONE DAY. Chris stopped by during the day, and made sure that the onsite supervisor answered any questions we had. If you need work done, Level 1 is the way to go!
They did a great job completing the finishing on a bathroom remodel. Courteous and very detailed. Highly recommend!
