Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.
I walked in and had a simple question regarding a part that I needed. A Spanish speaking older gentleman (shouldn t even call him a gentleman) called me over and upset with me because I couldn t speak Spanish and explain in Spanish what I needed. It was simple. I needed lights for a back break light since I had fuse and the light needed replaced. He immediately was hostile by the fact I wasn t sure regarding the part but I knew the car and model so I was expecting his expertise. This man was straight up nasty.
