Quick yet extremely professional service, I would recommend to anyone thinking of using this law firm.

Have waited nearly 3 years for compensation for my foster child. She was injured by a hairdresser. They admitted liability quite quickly. All i hear when i ring is ' we are waiting for a court date'
Am contacting the ombudsman.

Lester Aldridge have always provided me and my business with a fantastic service. The staff are always so helpful and nothing seems too much trouble.

I am not a client of this firm but I have been the subject of their attention. My Company is in dispute with one of their clients who is a Recruitment Agency in the catering industry. I believe their client misled me when I engaged their temporary staff. This did cause us severe issues and me significant personal anxiety. I published a Google review about their client sharing my experience and concerns. There is a genuine public health and safety interest with my experience and what I published was true. In my post I explained that due to my mental health issues of being Bi-polar and currently chronically depressed, due to their client's behaviour, I actually considered suicide. Lester Aldridge responded by saying that my posting was childish and issued threats. They should realise the consequences of making such statements in response to someone with a declared mental health disability. I hope that they contemplate training and counselling to reassess how they respond in future. I have passed my concerns onto the SRA and, at their suggestion, to the Mental Heath Charity Mind.

Having instructed Sarah Brown (Lester Aldridge) to act for us on the successful sale of our property in 2015, during which she calmly, patiently and professionally explained each step of the process and ensured that everything was completed promptly and without incident, we were pleased to instruct her again to act for us on the recent purchase of a holiday let.

Slow, rude & bad at replying - More like a bookies than a law firm

Very helpful staff. Dealt with employment advice in a quick, efficient and helpful manner. Took time to review circumstances carefully and offered clear and pertinent advice.

Very very slow and very very expensive. My claim now 15 months and still ongoing. No drive and vigour at all !!

This place is the worst ever DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE they are completely useless they ignore you ringing haven t heard nothing for months they ask me to do there work finding things they should be doing your being paid 200 pounds an hour to do nothing I haven t heard anything so you basically use people as a ATM this isn t fair at all you know what happend and you have taken nearly a year to do this I could ve died because of what happened and you drag this on and on and on

They haven't put a foot wrong. I have now used LA to (i) sell a flat in Salisbury (ii) sell a house in Croydon (iii) buy a house in Sussex. Every time I have been impressed with Sarah and her team in conveyancing. She arrives in the office on time, doesn't leave till late afternoon, and almost always answers her own direct line herself. On the rare occasions she has a day off there is always someone competent to answer questions or chase up a problem in her place. Fees are very reasonable, just a fraction of what I have to pay the estate agent.

My injury claim from 2017 went from one person to another one. witnesses received letters after court hearing. Then a week before court hearing, they dropped my case! How professional! Not reliable at all

Julie Coleman at Lester Aldridge, Bournemouth helped me purchase and sell a difficult 2 bedroom flat in Bournemouth. Having used other legal teams in the past, I can confidently say Julie is the best I have ever used. Julie kept me informed and was on top of everything. I didn't have any issues about timings and Julie would always ensure to keep me in the loop on the necessities. Some of their solicitors are on a short fuse acting without checking and getting the facts right. Not happy at all.

Other reviews are like music to my ears. Useless staff who don't know how to reply to an email or call back. Director Carla is rude and patronising. Business model here is to push lies to force judgment. Employee reviews on glass door prove my point.

Excellent service - very efficient and professional while also being personal and friendly!

The jobs on your website seem to stay active for a very long time or maybe in some cases never get filled. Either you have a very high turnover of staff, or you are quite indecisive and/or looking for people that do not exist. The research I have done suggests the former is definitely a possibility. I look at your website now and have no idea what is genuine or not. Certainly reason to be concerned about professionalism despite their being some positive reviews.

Update: 19/02/19 - Since writing the initial part of this review I have copy and pasted the vacancies so as of 19th February I know exactly what you are advertising and we can see how these legal opportunities change over the coming months. I am really quite curious to see whether these vacancies remain the same.

I have used Julie Coleman twice now for conveyancing work. The first time she was the only local solicitor who took on a more complicated case. She was excellent. I used her again for another move and her professionalism shone through against all the others in the chain. Julie and her team are accessible, polite, efficient and unbelievably helpful. I can t rate them high enough. You get what you pay for in life. Moving is a stressful time and I would always turn to, or recommend, Julie and her team

Very expensive, will treat your account as an open cheque book. They love disputes and will drag it on so that they can continue to bill you more in solicitors fees.

Poor clerical side of things. they write in letters to "see enclosed" or "see attached" and then forget to include these.

Also, bit suspect on the legal side of things. They once requested an original will from another solicitor who promptly wrote back to say that a court order would be needed and that they should have known this.

Stay away, unless you are happy to have your bank account drained with no resolution to your issue.

I should like to commend the conveyancing team at Lester Aldridge, who handled my (very drawn out and Covid-lockdown affected) transaction superbly in my view, despite experiencing their own difficulties arising from working from home and with colleagues on furlough. In particular, they were able to offer sound advice when my then buyer started to make unreasonable (and irrational) demands on the point of exchange. It shows it is always worth engaging a good quality solicitor.

I have had the misfortune of being referred to Lester Aldridge after contacting National Accident Helpline. My case is over a year in and the only time I ever hear from them is to be informed that my case has yet again been transferred to another Paralegal in the team (this is the 3rd time now). Sadly they have all been equally useless and totally disinterested in my case. I have had my last 3 phone calls completely ignored - no one ever rings back!!!! I feel completely dissatisfied with the service I have received to date and wish I had read reviews before commissioning Lester Aldridge on my case. I don't know what they are like with paying customers - better you would hope. Based on the service I have received to date I would not recommend this company, especially if your case is like mine on a no win no fee basis.

Disappointing feel been had on final bill, a bit uphill

Tuesday morning 05/03/19 Bournemouth branch - incredibly rude lady on reception for whom courteous interaction seemed an alien concept. I suggest more focus on customer service.

Lady was rude and very unprofessional, she was unhelpful and didn't seem to want to help me or pass on the relavent information that I required.

They've changed my solictetr twice. I have been waiting for an out come for my case for 3 years we are in the 4th year now!

I contacted the tv advert concerning accident claims & was put in touch with Lester Aldridge, every thing was going fine, then suddenly it all came to a halt , after repeated calls & emails iv, e had no response fromthem at all. This is over the 2 year programme, if they would be kind enough to get in totouch with me just to let me know what is happening I would be very grateful.
