Ideal to have a good time with family. Clean and personal campsite at your disposal. We will come back!

Nice campsite, directly on the beach. Beach runs very slowly, so nice for children. There are also 2 campsites next to it, so 3 nice swimming pools are available. Sandwiches / snacks and pizzas available all day and of good quality. Fun animation with multilingual animation team (French, Dutch, English, German). Mini disco every evening at 9 p.m. and then at 10 p.m. a show / performance. The mobile homes of tour operators are on a separate piece so you have to cross a road. Is closed with an access gate.

Simply the paradise on earth; hardly a wish remains unfulfilled: the sea is a stone's throw away, the well-maintained beach section invites you to sunbathe and swim, the extensive entertainment program for young and old offers entertainment for everyone from morning to night, and the innumerable small food and beverage outlets on and around the square Do not keep anyone hungry. In the evening, the exotic fauna entices the open-minded guest.

The only downside: when booking through third-party providers can quickly create confusion regarding the different levels of quality of each accommodation. Here must be improved and more transparent information.

Have booked for 14 days (Whitsun 2019) Mobilehome on the Nouvelle Floride ... well, it was probably 5 star ... on arrival the mobile home was not clean, but smelled like cleaning agents, no hot water, in the fridge Crumbs and dirt from the predecessor. Especially stupid was that no mosquito nets on the window are available, but only at our mobile home. On the note, that we have 2 small children and allergic to mosquito bites, you said only that if no mosquito nets are there, are not appropriate ... so it is ... I think not really customer friendly ... So next time somewhere else

Stay in a caravan. Very nice home. Very accommodating, attentive. Thanks to this great animation team: My 13 year old daughter had a great vacation. Quality shows including some really impressive ones like the gym. The sea was a stone's throw from our location. Beautiful swimming pool with a lagoon for adults only. Not insignificant because it is respected.

The desk staff assumes that you will travel 1600 km to an unknown campsite, have to pay in advance for 10 days, you should be happy and have no understanding if you leave earlier which can occur.

Suddenly an alternative place was available on departure!
If you try to get your money back after your holiday, they will apply the general terms and conditions and you can whistle for your money.

Have been here for the third time. Great campsite on the sea. Something for every age group. Even our 17 year old son is thrilled. Staff super friendly. Facility is very well maintained. Animation program is great. Come back anyway.

Great campsite

the beach is 2 minutes from the campsite. The pools are nickels the bungalows are intact. On the other hand, the price for the laundry is excessive and a pity that the TV is not included in the bungalow.

Camping actually very pleasant in terms of direct access to the beach but the staff of the home not at the top for friendliness and camping too expensive for its services and sanitary cleanliness average

Profit maximization and complete disregard of the Covid-19 requirements

1. Moving our holiday booked in 2019 for 2020 to 2021 at no cost was rejected by the campsite management.
2. The Corona rules, such as distances and mask requirements, were completely disregarded on the campsite: almost no guest (regardless of country) adhered to the rules. The restaurant, the reception, in the shop, showers and toilets were almost only entered without a mask. The cleaning intervals for the showers and toilets do not seem to have been increased. Cleaning staff was rare. The parking spaces were completely occupied, with the exception of a few pseudo-spaces on the street. The worst part is that the management of the campsite tolerated this. Although the staff wore masks, the guests were not addressed by the staff. At the daily evening events with a large number of guests, the distances (whether standing or sitting) were constantly disregarded. The main thing is that enough people are ordered and bought. This was also apparently prescribed by the course management. We felt visibly uncomfortable here and think that some illnesses are dragged back to his hometown. We hope to have gotten away from it without being infected and will avoid this place in the future.
3. The allocated parking space for our large caravan and car was so small (almost 60 m2) that our vehicle could no longer be parked there. It must have been about the smallest parking space here. It had to be parked in a distant area. For 1400 a much too expensive pitch, just unbelievable.
4. Otherwise it would have been a nice little place with a bit outdated sanitary area. I would have liked to have given more stars, but the first 3 points overwhelm the overall picture.

Cozy, large, beautiful beach, nice swimming pools (quiet between 13:00 and 15:00 when the French are resting ) friendly staff and somewhat dated mobile homes but otherwise great!

I put the note of 4 because at the level of the household and the inventory of fixtures still a small effort to be made for a 5 star campsite.

Nice camping. We have a great place.
There is plenty to do for the children (all ages). Swimming pool is really fun for the kids. You can also go to swimming pools at two other campsites. One of them is just too far away.
Beach is beautiful and very spacious.

Cons:
Plumbing is moderate. Showers often cold and so also the washing-up water. Toilets (separate from one of the main buildings) are regularly clogged and we have frequent power cuts.
It is also a pity that access to the beach is closed from 9 pm.

ACSI members whose parked as a community apart. The pitches are small, car and caravan or camper, once installed, have little room to table and chair. The locations are along the busy and noisy road during the day and you breathe the full lungs pollution. To avoid if you are ACSI. Camping very nice cleanliness on top, professional and dedicated staff always with a smile. Very good performance. Quality animation and unifying good mood, even in the off season exceptional. Direct beach access. High quality service. Access to the other 2 sites included. Supermarket Resto takeaway, bar with large terrace overlooking the sea.

This is the 6th time I'm going and I'm always happy!

Camping itself is pretty. The people at the reception were very welcoming and smiling.
But for a 5-star hotel the sanitary facilities are regularly dirty, the water is not always hot for the shower, fortunately the outside heat is there.
Poor show ..... I will not be back. I compare this campsite to other 5 star ones, for example the Florida Mouth campsite in Barcares which is perfect.

Amazing experience with my family a lot of activities and events . We loved it

Very rude security guards who don't know politeness and look down on them. The wifi is limited to only 30 minutes per day so inadmissible for a 5 star !! Not to mention the entertainment which is very poor. We pay for the mobile home and in addition we still have to pay 5 per day to bring in a 2nd car on the site while I believe that as long as we have paid for the site we do what we want so much that cars do not bother especially since it is already very expensive! And on arrival we found a big handful of hair in the shower.
Anyway, this campsite deserves 5 stars in no way I recommend it !!

I love it, top camping, very nice animator, and the various activities but I find it uncrowded which is a shame in view of the quality of this one, beach close to the campsite with showers, mobile homes are giant. too good, too bad that people "reserve" the chairs and deckchairs a lack of civility ... very close to the funfair and the village "marseillan plage" with these bars, restaurants and shops, open until late at night. All the measures concerning the covid are taken even some a little weird like at the indoor swimming pool of Charlemagne where to enter you need a mask ... and remove it as soon as you enter the water (the door is at 2 meters from the water) a bit bad but good. In the swimming pools, the adult spaces are very appreciable, especially in such a family campsite :)! The only thing missing for me is a solution to meet other young adults: / but otherwise nothing to say! In the top!

Great campsite! We've been going there for 2 years, the atmosphere is great and we have access to the three Mediterranean campsites.
Lionel from the aquatic area is really adorable and super cool . The staf in general is very good.

A new swimming pool with jaccuzi, an animation team: Aurelien with his colleagues, and dj potato at the top who offer us outdoor shows of very high level, dynamic waiters (his) respecting barrier gestures, after these hard times we are back fit.

The mobile home we had looked very neat and there is a lot to do on the campsite and the staff are helpful and friendly.

"5-star campsite" ...... but then SERVICE and friendliness of the staff 0 or even "- 10" !!!!!!!

We can legitimately hope for a little more empathy or understanding or simply "good manners" from the reception staff of a 5 star campsite ..... and go your way if that counts. your eyes:

In an emergency situation, ESPECIALLY DON'T BE TOO INSISTANT at the risk of being kicked out at 9 a.m. on a Sunday in mid-September (= "late season", therefore !!!)
Given the number of caravan sites available, or empty bungalows, contrary to what they claimed, the campsite was obviously very far from being "full"; we could have hoped for a little more understanding from the staff but "as stipulated in THE GENERAL CONDITIONS ......" ..... ah well yes, eh .... because it is easier to clear oneself with "that" than to show good intelligence and give a little more latitude.

Or if you have the misfortune of forgetting something in the bungalow and you report it the same day, quickly, before others take the accommodation ...
Not only "you must not clutter the lines of the switchboard" (according to themselves !!) in order to confirm the correct recovery of the forgotten package (it was a bunch of house keys all the same ... .not a blanket or a phone charger. We can easily understand the criticality of the situation and the concern it generates); but if in addition to call you back the next day .... then there, either one taunts you for this lack of seriousness and this levity to have forgotten something in the bungalow (TRUE !! But know Madam x- (in the haste, it happens and that does not mean a lack of reliability), or we hang up on you (HALLUCINANT o_O indeed !!!)
