Top camping neatly cared for lots to do and close to the sea

3rd year for my part for my spouse who made me discover this place we do not count any more and this year we make it discover to our 14 month old son super campsite with everything you need for the children and have a great time vacation

Unfortunately, we have noticed enormous differences in treatment between German and French holidaymakers here at this campsite.
At least what shopping for dinner at the campsite means.

Pleasant and well maintained campsite. Showers and toilets rather clean and well maintained. Access to the 3 swimming pools is possible and the campsite is well placed, it is by the sea and near a lively street.
However, 2 negative points:
- We no longer return to the campsite after 11 p.m. (limited evening outdoors) and departures cannot be made before 7 a.m.
- in general, lack of sanitary facilities (few WCs, few washbasins for the dishes suddenly people do it in the washbasins to wash the laundry and no washbasin to brush our teeth, we have to go in the showers ).

Selectcamp ... Vacance select ...
Old painted over caravan that they rent out as comfort accommodation.
On arrival there was already apologized for the overdue maintenance. Now that was right.

In short, a good and clean campsite, too massive so not our thing, but always much better than those worthless lofts that Vacance select rents out as luxury comfort mobile homes.

Booked a 'glamping' holiday for the first time at vacanceselect / selectcamp, which will also be our last booking. We had booked camping les mediterranees beach club nouvelle Floride. Type (F-13079 / 1CG) Mobile home Deluxe 3 bed.

Before our visit, we first spent a few days in a mobile home at the Davycrocket ranch in Disneyland Paris. This one was great and very spacious for our family of 3 kids (4, 6 and 7). It had 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. That was only real glamping. The mobile home that we have booked through vacanceselect has nothing glamping but more creepy. This is due to the unstableness of the mobile home itself. 2 of our daughters find the beds a bit scary to sleep in because they 'wobble' as soon as someone else moves who is also in the mobile home. This also applies to the very thin system walls that separate the small sleeping compartments from each other. As soon as 1 little scion turns around, you can hear it in the next room. If that scion also taps against the wall while turning around, the other is immediately awake.

Didn't read all the details exactly because it said that this was a 5 star glamping and the mobile home was suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. However, the mattresses are only 1.95m and if you have a length of 1.83m then your ankles stick out of the bed. The largest bed is also 1.40m wide, so it is certainly not glamorous.

Likewise, the privacy, if you sit on the veranda you look directly at the sign of the neighbor across the street. Between you and his plate is a piece of veranda, the sand (grass according to the brochure) where you and the neighbor across the street put the car on and the road that runs in between.

We had not read the fine print stating that the mobile home is in a separate area, where you have nothing else to do (no laundry / swimming pool / shop). Our 2 oldest who have all swimming diplomas can therefore not quickly walk to the pool for a swim.

If they do end up at the pool with us, then the fun is certainly not optimal as the lifeguards apply a regulation that is even stricter than at a 5 star hotel that is actually intended for 65+ elderly people and where small children are a burden see. Children are not allowed to play with a big ball or with their surfboard as they normally do in Spain. Wearing slippers at the pool is out of the question and eating and drinking (except water) is not allowed at the pool. This is not useful with small children if you want to make sure they eat and drink enough. It is also not allowed to wear shorts for boys and men. Even little boys of 4 years old with swimming trunks were sent out of the bath. In Disney this was no problem at all but here it is unacceptable. Our youngest daughter always swims with a pool ring around her waist and 2 pool straps around her arms. However, this is also not allowed, she may only swim with the armbands around her arms. This is because they have had incidents with children who only used a tire. Indoor swimming pool is only accessible to children under supervision between 1100 and 1300, in the outside hours it is only for children

The toilet facilities in the animation area are far below average. The toilets are very dirty and sometimes toilet paper is not available. We have already said something about this several times to the staff of the bar who, however, shrug their shoulders and give some tissues. This seems to belong to the glamor and the 5 star camping.

The animation itself is purely aimed at French speaking. They should take an example from a country like Spain where they usually do all animations in at least 3 languages so that the Dutch children at least understand what they are (going to) do. Animation gets a big minus from us purely because it is only French-speaking.

The marketing strategy can therefore be called very good as it looks many times better in the pictures than it actually is. As someone else described once and never again.

Camping is supper for a small family stay, the area is superb there are many things to visit the level of Cap d'Agde same for seven at Cap d'Adge we propose you ptites transferred to a ferry to eat on the beautiful beaches of the fort.

Beautiful swimming pools, very good general maintenance, near the beach, nice animations

Great campsite. We took a mobile home 4/6 people and it's the best. At the edge of the beach and everything is nearby. The car does not move, it's nice. I highly recommend.

EVERYTHING was perfect apart from 2 things wifi fee and no TV but good with a laptop is cool.

Perfect stay, very well maintained campsite, beautiful swimming pools. We left with Homair and the bungallows weren't that far away as people say. Big up to the animation team who never lack energy! Great moments and great entertainment!

Pitches are generous. Great showers. Space looks very clean. Unfortunately you can not swim in the pool. There is a great sandy beach.

Mobiles home really close together. With the terraces against the wall of the neighboring mobile home. Mobile home stuck to the others on 3 sides so no privacy. Benefit of the Beach Garden sold with the New Florida, but you have to leave the campsite, walk in the street and pass 2 or 3 other campsites to access. Very clean campsite.

Too expensive for average families. It is far from what we had known 6 years ago where C was friendly. There they occupy everything out of Marseille.

The campsite itself is very beautiful and offers many services.

On the other hand, the cleanliness of the toilets leaves a lot to be desired as well as the friendliness of the staff, especially the security staff ... following evenings ....
Ditto for the pool supervisors who are rude and already start to put away the deckchairs at 6.30pm and close the slides at 7pm when the pool is supposed to close at 8pm ....

In addition, the sunbeds are all stacked on top of each other every evening, which means they are never cleaned
...

The positive point of the campsite is the mini club's animation team. They are great, the children were sad to leave them.

Very pleasant stay, very nice campsite. Access to 3 awesome campsites with magnificent swimming pools with beautiful vegetation. High end entertainment especially the Michael Jackson evening I loved it. Small shops inside very practical. The more access to the nickel beach. Very good location (flat) especially in a tent with the water tap on site. No need for a car, all shops are within walking distance and in the evenings are nice. We will be back next year.

Fantastic campsite, 3 sites in one with friendly staff and great facilities. Roof top restaurant a must.

We stayed here for a week with friends and loved it! Very clean, no noise at night, swimming pools welcome (it was windy at the beach), bar and restaurant on site, as much entertainment as you need and discounts on certain activities in the resort. We will come back !

Do not like stooora campsites. Clean, fresh, right on the beach. Shops, bars, restaurants, pools. Not dog friendly as there are no green areas

Do not deserve 5 stars !!!!!
No space in front of the mobile home, no place for the car, not even parking, no green spaces, finally nothing of a 5 star! Everything is wagered on the entrance, but then leaves to desired. Fortunately we were there in September, when the rates are less excessive, otherwise I would have felt stolen!

Very nice place that deserves the 5 stars. Unfortunately there was a shortage of staff in all departments. The employees - often friendly - were neither well trained nor monitored in their tasks; a reduction in costs was felt everywhere. The Mediterranean no longer deserve the 4 or 5 stars awarded. Pity.

Kept very clean. Great beach. Since you also on the other campsites allowed, you even have three pools and an indoor pool. All staff are very friendly and the repair service very reliable.

Thank you to the whole New Florida team for their professionalism, their sympathy, their dedication to making our vacation go perfectly.
We have just left and already we have only one desire, TO COME BACK.
