Very good campsite. Clean, well maintained, smiling and pleasant staff (there is always an exception ... lol), security present (a shame to get there, but it's the price of tranquility ...) a lot of services and restaurants around , Direct access to the beach. Access to several campsites and swimming pools (Florida, Charlemagne and beach garden.I have been coming for several years, spring break, never disappointed.
Very nice campsite. Lovely staff and very attentive to customers. Beautifully located place. Games, entertainment, supermarket, bakery everything is there. Just a small thing: the standard 4 person mobile homes (some) have very small rooms. But everything else was perfect. Aquagym and aqua bike courses perfect and especially the opportunity to visit the 3 campsites is a plus. Thank you again for this welcome.

Great campsite. Clean, sporty. Direct access to a huge beach of fine sand.
The campsite itself is okay and you can use the indoor swimming pools of the partner seats next door. But he is nothing special, a little uncomfortable and in my opinion too expensive. At night it is dark in the bathroom sometimes from 23 clock, sometimes not, so do not forget flashlight. Washing machine and dryer with 5 euros also quite expensive. At the sink it smells like unpleasant. Outrageous, I found that our ACSI Card was not accepted. There is a special area for ACSI customers and we were just a row off because we were not told on arrival. No difference to the other places but we were allowed to pay the full price. I said that I find this outrageous and will rate it accordingly bad. That did not matter to the staff at the box office. We have been on the road since mid-April and we have never experienced this two class society before. Therefore, this campsite is rather not recommended for ACSI customers. But you do not miss anything.
The staff are not at all pleasant, we have already paid too much for our stay for a campsite that is not worth these 5 stars. We had come from afar to relax but this was not the case during the evenings at the mobilom, the security guards we were "aggressive" and unpleasant as possible to say about the noise we made while calmly discussing my husband and me.
I went to the washroom to wash my clothes and when I saw the condition he was in I luckily told myself I have one.
I don't understand the 5 stars. Rude staff, SALE sanitary facilities, very expensive campsite, not to mention themed evenings.

A good campsite, nicely located and with plenty of amenities from shops to swimming pools and evening entertainment.
This is the 4th year that we have come to New Florida, and we have never been so disappointed. Indeed, when we tell you that you have to pay a supplement of 5 euros PER DAY to park the second car on our site when there is room (mobile home 6 people so two cars) and we do not disturb anyone is inadmissible. The more so as the person in charge of the reception lacks respect and makes fun by proposing to us I quote, "to build a second floor above the mobile home to park the car there".
On top of that, we can add the jammers installed at the campsite to force us to pay for Wi-Fi. With the price we pay for simple rental, these are things that should be understood.
Everything is done to brew more money, last year for us.
A very neat, well designed place in a beautiful location. Very clean sanitary buildings, in which nothing is missing (spacious shower & wash cubicles, disinfectant dispensers in toilets, etc.). Although the place was almost fully booked, everything was always extremely clean and all dispensers filled up. Here you can feel comfortable!
A small town of about 5000 people with 3 campsites all on site and close to a clean beach. Activities ++++
The campsite was generally satisfactory, however the welcome at the reception was unpleasant, the young woman asked us curtly for our reservation which, unfortunately for her, was not printed and not in our name (sorry we are a blended family), which apparently exceeded. Plus we paid extra sheets which turn out to be disposable plastic sheets, combined with synthetic throws, hello sweating at night! Specify it, we will bring ours back next time! Small flat also at the level of the swimming pool, supposedly heated and announced at 30 degrees, this is not really the case ...
The rest of the staff is smiling and friendly, the cleanliness is excellent, the campsite is very flowered and in a very nice decor.

I love this campsite for the period between April and June because fewer people. Quiet and pleasant place. The 3 pools are very good and suitable for young children.
You can say luxury camping located by the beach. On-site bars, restaurants, shops, swimming pools complex. Daytime evening animations such as karaoke.

Stay TOO SHORT but brilliant!
2015 Very nice and tidy campsite. Staff is friendly. Pool is great but you are not allowed to use swimming shorts. Pitches are fine, some with very soft sandy soil. Sanitary facilities clean and well maintained. Children's offer really good. CP is recommended.
Very disappointed for this year August 2020. Non novices, for the 3rd year in this campsite, and each year the negative points multiply. But in this year of covide19, we notice that the savings of the campsite are to the detriment of the camper, for a price still as excessive. Since when do we no longer find a security guard or French security guard? Impossible to snatch a word from them in French, coming from eastern countries, at what price? The theme evenings, let's talk about it, most certainly again for the sake of economy, it is the campsite leaders who animate the evenings, it is a profession, and we do not acquire a dancer in a summer, nor a choreographer, null, null and void. void your evenings, we pay a high price for a 5 star for what? Absolutely fantastic. Planned a 2 day stay, ended up staying 7. Those prices in May... *wow*. 4 person beach-side cabin for 55 euro a night, plus one night free. I came back to book a 7th night (luckily) and they informed me that they would have to pay me 1.80 euro to stay the 7th night, which I so kindly obliged XD
Spa was also fantastic, 15 euro for 1-2 hours, snooze in the afternoon. The indoor pools were nice, they could have been heated just a bit more. Restaurant and store, all great. Mediterranees beach, all great.

- Very, very narrow spaces (despite information on the caravan + awning size). The Sharan no longer fitted in the reserved parking space - it was quite annoying ...
- very narrow paths on the campsite
- Too small parking bays for the mobile home
- 4 storey holiday homes protrude into the campsite (not so nice)
- Reception staff not particularly friendly. When booking, we were promised that we could choose a place - on the day of arrival (3 days later) they didn't want to know anything about it
- no parking space for a team at check-in (had to maneuver backwards in the full space)
Campsites are full even in September. FLORIDA is the 3rd after the turn. 15min walk from the center. Good equipment shading and heated pool. Nice evening entertainment near the beach

Disappointed. Awesome camping but mobile home sites (outside the camp, site dedicated only to mobile himair and selectcamp) to proscribe. Pocketed to each other .. while in the campsite the pitches were very spacious Nobody for a 5 ! Never seen that very expensive 1500 the week. Small area (planned for 6 we were 4!) And it was limited little storage and equipment. .mobilhome old and dilapidated. Dirty rugs and cushions sofas..tiny lowercase with seen on the windows of the other mobilhome at 1m50. . It's not worth the price. ! ..
Super and superb, from the restaurant, the Spa , the mobile home, the swimming pool and the view we had a wonderful weekend fun and relaxation

A great place to rest very quiet and without any noise just a punch there are no streetlights and at night it is all dark and can hardly be seen, there are only a few small lights on the edge of the plots
Our first vacation at a campsite. Great facility, the beach within walking distance. Fine sand, shallow water, light waves and, to our surprise, lots of space (also at 2 noon in early July). A total of three systems, all facilities can be used. Nice plaza, some with a view of the sea. Very friendly staff. Multicultural, many European nations are represented. Huge supermarket about an 8 minute drive away. There are three pool areas with slides, please note that swimming shorts are not allowed. The entertainment tried hard, but we didn't use it much.
Mobile home very clean and big enough. Ours had a covered terrace and air conditioning. We found it very pleasant. As all-inclusive holidaymakers, we were very pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed the freedom not to be bound by meal times.
Unfortunately too many people. Also, you should not enter the pool with shorts and also the beach is closed at 10pm. Too bad

Superb campsite on the beach with a magnificent swimming pool for teenagers, sports and shows, ideal for families with or without children.
The green spaces and the alleys are very well understood. The aquatic areas are very well designed and the children's games too. A very warm welcome and very good advice will ensure that you will have a very good stay.

Visited Nouvelle Floride as a couple (26y/o) for almost 2 weeks and had a great time.
- Location is amazing, beautiful beach. Don't walk to far on the beach or you are on the nudist area ;) But along the campsite, also at beach garden, no naked people.
- You can use the pools and spa of the neighbouring two campings (beach garden and charlemagne). Very nice, but we felt we didn't need it.
- Adult pool is amazing and a MUST if you come without children. Very peaceful, clean and quiet pool and no screaming children. Lifeguard checks every hour if there are no sneaky kids that have walked in. All very nice!
- Shops on camping are good, fresh bread every day. Enough options for fastfood but there's also a traiteur with more special food (paella, quiche, roasted chicken)
- Friendly staff
- Very big pitches! We were on second row from the beach with a tent. Enough space. You hear the sea when waking up but will have the music from entertainment shows till at least midnight. We didn't mind. But maybe that's not for everyone
- Entertainment shows were OK. Some funny, some not so much. We think this is normal. Magic show was great! And all the children looked to be having a great time.
- It is a big camping but we had no trouble with it being to busy.
Only bad thing we really didn't like were the bathroom facilities. Showers were often dirty with for example sand, mud or garbage. Facilities are only cleaned with water hose. They never smelled clean! Edges of the shower were black. And this is one of the better bathroom facilities. Toilets next to the plaza always have a floor that is flooded with water, very disgusting. Also the dishwashing area was always dirty and smelled like the sewer.
If they would mind the hygiene better, they would definitely get 5 stars!

A great campsite in a fairly lively resort town but still very family friendly. Reception staff are all multi-lingual and helpful. There is a decent Casino shop onsite, as well as a large outdoor bar area with entertainment stage and restaurant with takeaway options too. Outdoor pool area is great with a couple of pools suitable for children with slides. Access to the beach direct from the campsite. We have visited this campsite for the last 3 years and plan to go back again next year.

For the rest we pick it up at 5 p.m. and we say to release it at 9 a.m. due to a heavy workload due to the Covid ... we lose a day ... you only have to hire if you are underwater ..

We had booked through vacanselect. It is not stated that you will then come to a separate area that actually does not belong to the park. Two gates and a road separate the two parks. Vacanselect and homair also only include mobile homes and a few lodge tents. There is nothing else. No recommendation with small children !! So look carefully before you book!

A little disappointed with the services compared to the price.
The campsite does not deserve 5 stars but 2. We are a family of 5 including 2 teenagers aged 16 and 17 who were bored to death because false information during our phone contact. Indeed, there must have been a disco for young people every night and surprise NOTHING !!! Sluggish animation with animators just thinking about having fun and dancing on the podium. All parties ending at midnight with no atmosphere and no interest. We thought seeing the photos and pubs that it would be very festive but not at all! Camping advised to diaper early and not having fun. Not recommended for all young people !!!
