LERETA currently holds a disbursement from my Escrow account with my mortgage company (disbursed a month ago) and they refuse to pay my property taxes, which are overdue and in a grace period. After attempts to contact them and figure out why the taxes haven t been paid yet, they told me that the information is confidential and that they couldn t give me any answers. At this point in the conversation, they had not even asked me for any identifying information. I hope that I am not forced to take action against this company.
