The place is quaint and away from the crowded city. It is a nice option for a weekend getaway and as well for stay.A perfect place for corporate outings. Has a variety of fun activities for kids. Has a cinema hall as well. Has a wave pool swimming pool surf pool and a spa. Has a nightclub and about 3 plus restaurants. Has multiple activities to indulge yourself. Definitely a place worth Visiting.

If planning to stay -
I suggest you pay little more but stay in Suites. Staying in E-Biz hotel is like staying anywhere else. Suites are much better.
Stay was comfortable, spacious room, neat and clean beds and blankets, well maintained bathroom is a plus. Surroundings are full of mosquitos, one has to be extra cautious.
Restaurant is poor, over priced and lacks quality. Only one restaurant is operational and it lacks rhe quality as per price.

Great place for business team bonding activities. The food is good. The accommodation provided was a twin single bed room with good amenities. The place has good amenities. The staff is very friendly and assuring. If they would have given a tour of the location it would have been very helpful since the place is huge. Those who have a habit of smoking, please take along your stock as it's very expensive inside and for miles there is nothing. Good place for family. Need to check with the staff as all TV channels show promos. WiFi password changes daily.

The club house is very neat and maintained! The food quality, I liked the most! The washrooms are not so clean !

It was a good experience in leonia. The rides were pretty much costly, like for Go-Kart, it's like 640 rupees for 10 minutes ride. It's that costly, but the house and the greenary, the swimming pool is the only thing to enjoy.

Pool: Too crowded with only two slides and with the dirtiest shower area and toilets. Not sure about the Female washrooms.
Staff: I suffered a lot while trying to get info about the games there because they were not responding properly.
I went with my team of 17 members and just because we prepared fun activities we had a great time.

a very large resort its really vast, there is even a movie theatre here, the main attraction is bungee jumping. good atmosphere but the prices are little high. a good place for parties and functions. gokarting is also available here.
Loved it , rides and rain dance is cool. But they played good music after 3 PM.

Lunch & dinner buffet are available. We ate lunch buffet, but taste is average. Overall, it's good location to spend a day or weekends.

- There is a splash place where we can enjoy in swimming pools each ones having different depths and 2 most enjoyable rides and having two rain dances places in between along with the DJ.
- The buffet they provide is of best quality having different varieties in main course, starters and the desserts.
The morning breakfast and the evening snacks are also of very great quality.
- The outdoor games are of many varieties like cricket, lawn tennis, volleyball, different kinds of height games like climbing over a wall, twin jumping over trampoline etc.
- All things are managed in a very good way at all places.
- The staff everywhere is very helpful and polite with everyone.
Nice resort, far enough from the city but not too far. Good comfy rooms, nice amenities, lots of things to do. Try the cascade room for maximum fun.

This place is easily visible from the main road and has a big entrance .
I have stayed in Celestia Suites, Oh Biz, Lagoon bay in 3 different visits.
Rooms: I liked the lagoon bay rooms better than the other 2. The other 2 rooms were also good. Bigger than business rooms in general hotels like ibis.
Staff: Staff is well behaved, give a warm welcome and are highly courteous.
Service: Although not prompt but service is good.
Food: Food here is really good. Perhaps better than all 2 big resorts around the locality. In room dining does not offer large variety but whatever is mentioned, they prepare it well. I liked the soups.
Buffet has good variety to choose from.
They charge service tax on the in room dining items. Be mindful that it is optional and upon bringing it to their notice, they will waive it off.
Ambience: Ambience is really cool. They have large playgrounds indoor play area is good.they have a really nice go karting track which is a must try if u visit here. They even have carnival cinemas within the property.
Overall, I felt they truly justify their motto " A holistic Destination"

The place is huge but lacks maintenance. The food was also ordinary. We were a large group and it was difficult to use their facilities on busy days. For example, we decided to play a volleyball match and then realised they only allow you to use a court for 30min!
It's a very nice place to stay. I've been here before but this time I'm here along with another family. Kids enjoyed and had lot of fun. Worth of time. Food is very delicious, staff are very helpful, place is decent to stay with family. Cost vs Quality - it's too costly for the quality of service you get. Even the cost for rides is too high example: cycle for 30 min they will charge 120 rs which is tooooo high.
Otherwise it's an awesome place to stay for a day with family.

A good destination for weekend getaway and fun. One can enjoy all the basic sports like cricket, badminton, volleyball, football and tennis. Indoor games are available too.
They have a big pool area both for adults and children (4 ft for adults) with slides and rain dance. Lockers and nylon clothes facility can also be availed.
The only reason for 4 stars is the quality of the food which was below average. In the lunch there were no proper starters and also in the evening snacks the samosas were not at all good.

It's a very big resort situated in shamirpet, hyderabad.its a bit far from city and for everything u have to go to nearby town or city(if u booked for marriage stuff related to marriage). airport is 73 km away from this resort which takes 1 hr journey.other than this inside the resort, everything is awesome.there are so many sections like ohbiz,Celestia,conclave,etc where the resort can accommodate 3 -4 functions at a time.the rooms are premium and service is 1st class.

Place is good for office gathering. With family one can be getting bored. No such activity. Food is very good be it B/F, Lunch or dinner. So called room service in club house is very pathetic. So, my advise is don't spend your own money....

Stayed here for 2N in LIC building. Although resort is awesome but had very bad experience staying here
1 . Room key never worked for first 24 hours. Due to this on 2nd day had to wait outside for 2 hours and staff was unable to open door.
2. Room service not good at all. All food order comes from other building. So each order takes 30 min atleast and by the time it reaches to room it gets cold.
3. Cost for a cup of tea is 200. Seems ridiculous when you are already paying close to 7k per night for room. Restaurent overpriced and buffet was 1250.
Overall resort is awesome but room service and good cost is not reasonable when you stay in resort.

Good greenery but activities are bit limited. Water games/splash pool are the main attraction and if you like spending time in water, this is great place. Buffet lunch spread for vegetarians were not that great, choices weren't that good on the day we went.
If you have the energy and time spend it here. Very good place to enjoy especially with friends and family with kids. You can find all the modern amenities here and peace of mind too. Only issue is the attitude of the staff who are going by rule book and lack commonsence while serving the customers, Especially in the oh biz restaurant the management is foolish

Had went for day outing last week with my family. Food is good and high tea is fine. Didn't go to splash swimming fool. As most of our time was confined to 1-2 places. Nice ambience and very huge . There are lot of parking areas , so if you are going by your own vehicle you can park at respective places.

Good place to rest n have a party there, there are indoor n outdoor games as well. It is a huge place to explore. The food here is not too good. Someone(other than hyderabadis) expecting to taste the cousin of Hyderabad cannot taste it. It is a good place for children outing or office outings,as there is an indoor space(auditorium) allocated to celebrate. As I went with my office, I'm not aware of the fee. There are water games, kids park, chess, football, go carting(but couldn't find),bar and some other games.
It's a very huge place. I could stay only for lunch and found it was tasty. Good place for a leisurely time with family and friends. Just in the outskirts.
Leonia as I understand is a premium scale resort but on the day we visited along with the team, it was overcrowded, did not have any place in the swimming pool nor in the games arena. That was a bad experience. Because we had opted for 3 Pm to 10Pm package we could only use the facilities only after 6 Pm. The snacks were good at the hi tea. The dinner was well presented bit lacked on taste.

Very nice place, buffet was so good. Cricket ground was amazing and many many more things you can do there like Gokarting, High swing, splaash pool etc. But volleyball, basketball were just rubish.
If you want a holistic outing with your family to a place which is away from traffic, has spacious rooms, has adventure games, scenic ambience with lot of trees and above all a private pool in your room, this is surely one of the place ro choose for..

We stayed in Celestia suits. with respect to suits, The price vs what we have seen is totally different.. The property definitely needs proper maintenance... especially the bathing section. The food prices are way high too... Its close to Novatel. But the Splash and a small pool in Celestia are very good. water is clear and seems well maintained

Rooms are good. The faciliyies are good for conferences. Please don't plan for exhibitions. The facility is not planned for exhibitions. Good views from the higher up rooms. Room numbers are very confusing and irritating. Food quality was good. Beware of flies though. People are responsive at all places - reception, catering, etc
A huge place, tucked on the outskirts of Hyderabad. A quiet destination, though highly commercialised and crowded too. Lots of fun, indoor games, a theatre, I heard. They are also giving their lawns and rooms for marriages and functions. Though rooms are spacious in the conventional sense, upto the mark, but certainly not a place, if you want to get lost in a quiet, deserted place.
Perfect weekend getaway, all you need at one place, rain dance, leo splash, go karting was fun, food finger livking, huge varieties. Only thing i felt, it was over crowded. Not a romantic place.
2.5 stars ! Visited this place recently with my office colleagues as a group of 40 people. Place is good but lacks proper coordination from the management. Neither any one received us at the entry nor did any one coordinated with us during our stay at the place. We wasted our time navigating through various drill lined up for us. Food was average and evening snacks was very mediocre. Although with a very light menu for food the starter chicken was undercooked and dry.
Overall experience was just average.
This is my 7th visit as it was a really good option earlier. But this time it was pathetic. Early check in (even by 1 hr) wasn't allowed. Room lacked dryer, shampoo and conditioner, floor towel and napkin. Pool was as always good and enjoyable. Food was below par. We took lunch and dinner buffet, some of the items of lunch were repeated for dinner with different name. That was shocking. It's getting too crowded and may be thats why it's getting out of control for them. I doubt I will visit again now..

Awesome resort. 4 hotels are there. Rooms are really good with all amenities. Cinema, food court, pool, gaming, go carting, basketball etc can be enjoyed. Resort buses are there inside. Meeting and board rooms, restaurants, shops are there. Good place for corporate meetings or trips and also for destination wedding or other functions/ events.
Pool washrooms were too occupied, that to without shower, need to use regular tap that too not working properly. Water blockage.
Staff were there but seems no responsibility.
Excellent place for a Family Reunion. I made a booking all the way from Mumbai, for my extended family, including both young adults and senior persons. I must say, that the back-office staff was very supportive and helped with all our requirements. The food and restaurant staff are so hard working and put up some amazing food. The complaint about
a problem in one of the bathrooms , was attended to immediately. And the best was, the Free Yoga session in the morning, conducted by Ms Anita. Super!!
I went to Leonia for a weekend with family to celebrate my sons Birthday and to relax.Was looking for a good resort experience. What i experienced was complete disaster....The room was sad and dull and the there is no resort like ambience in the campus..........It was just a 2 star business Hotel.
Had to checkout the same day as i did not want to spoil my sons day......
U hav many other better resorts in Hyderbad as compared to Leoina.

Almost all the outdoor sports are available here like tennis, badminton, volleyball etc. The cricket ground is a big positive. Very well maintained with lush green grass. However, you have to book it much prior as it is always on high demand.
It has got equally good indoor games like Table tennis, carooms, chess etc.
All in all I would say it's an amazing place if you are looking to take time off busy city life and spend a relaxed holiday.
Awesome place to hangout with friends and family. I loved the time I spent with my friends. Cool and green environment, has a 5-feet swimming pool and 2 floor-slide. Had so much fun in the pool. Stage for rain dance is small but still you can enjoy. Food was so delicious and you can eat as much as you want. You can also play indoor and outdoor games.

The worst management I have ever seen. Never ever book the marriage hall! No one there cares about anything you need. They couldn t arrange chairs in a proper line! Besides the management, the place is an absolute mess. Very dirty and we could barely walk in the hall without tripping over the mats. I can t fit the remaining faults in this message!
Resort is awesome...the DJ and everything but we need to pay charges for the Pool Lockers to keep our luggage, it costed 80 Rs extra for the lockers
Good location on the outskirts of Hyderabad. The swimming pool is where we spent a lot of time. Water was clean and good. Nice experience. Haven't checked out the villas etc. Feel like checking it out as well.
