This place is easily visible from the main road and has a big entrance .
I have stayed in Celestia Suites, Oh Biz, Lagoon bay in 3 different visits.

Rooms: I liked the lagoon bay rooms better than the other 2. The other 2 rooms were also good. Bigger than business rooms in general hotels like ibis.

Staff: Staff is well behaved, give a warm welcome and are highly courteous.

Service: Although not prompt but service is good.

Food: Food here is really good. Perhaps better than all 2 big resorts around the locality. In room dining does not offer large variety but whatever is mentioned, they prepare it well. I liked the soups.
Buffet has good variety to choose from.

They charge service tax on the in room dining items. Be mindful that it is optional and upon bringing it to their notice, they will waive it off.

Ambience: Ambience is really cool. They have large playgrounds indoor play area is good.they have a really nice go karting track which is a must try if u visit here. They even have carnival cinemas within the property.

Overall, I felt they truly justify their motto " A holistic Destination"
