Finally I landed in Canada after the approval of my spousal immigration. All this happened due to the professional services and support from Green and Spiegel. I would like to express my most sincere thanks for the most professional representation by Ms Shoshana Green and her sincere team particularly Ms Judy who has been very supportive all the way from submitting the application till the approval. I admire their work ethic and most of all excellent representation.
We incidentally visited the office of Green & Spiegel where we fortunately met Ms Shoshana who has given us the timely and right advise that worked out favorably. We decided to hire 'Green & Spiegel Law Firm' to do my spousal sponsorship. We were assigned Ms judy to assist with our application. Regardless of how minor or insignificant my question seemed to me both Ms Shoshana and Judy always responded promptly and with courtesy.

Worked with these guys for a sponsorship, all the good thing you hear about Ravi Jain are true, pretty courteous unlike many lawyers I have dealt with. The case coordinator was Yvonne Chiang who was also very prompt and provided a lot of sound advise. All in all, Green and Spiegel is a little pricey but totally worth it.

My first interaction with the attorney went well. I was very happy. The team was professional. At the end of my first call, the attorney mentioned that any follow up questions will be answered in an other call. I did my home work regarding PR sponsorship for spouse. The follow up call was disappointing. Very unprofessional and upsetting. Firstly,Attorney started off the conversation in a rude tone telling me that she cannot answer some questions related to the sponsorship application documents and other stuff which she is not obliged to. The tone could have been better. Did she think if I was trying to get answers so that I could file the application myself? Very wrong way of handling a client. After all, we seek out to Attorney for helping us and not scaring or threating us. Second, a very basic question was answered wrong in my first call. She told me that as a I PR staying outside Canada I could still sponsor my spouse. After I went through CIC website, I understood that she gave wrong information. It was a disastrous mistake. She did say her sorry but the damage was done. I would never recommend green and spiegel to anyone. They lost my business not because of the mistake in misinforming me (it happens) but with the rude tone and attitude.
