Horrible service. They demanded Rs 5250 for a charger that costs Rs.1750 as mentioned on the lenovo website (also confirmed by the customer care number).

I own a lenovo y510p. Accidentally my full HD wedge type LED screen broke and i asked them for a new wedge type LED screen. These idiots do not know the screen that my model is having and ordered some LCD screen and they even tried fitting the screen.Later when i asked about the status, they replied that they have ordered the wrong screen and that new order takes time. When i recieved the laptop finally after many days the condition of my laptop was pathetic. The LED screen was sliding in the slot. Some of the screws are missing on the back. I wonder how many screws are missing inside. They charged 10000 rupees for the whole fiasco.
COMPLETELY PATHETIC SERVICE......NEVER EVER GO TO THEM.
