Always helpful. Done a few jobs through them now and havnt been disappointed.

Very slow response time to my problem and did not offer any solutions. I received an item not matching the description of what I ordered. I brought it in to the store as requested. No one there could help me, so I left it at the store and waited for someone to get back to me. After one week of not hearing from anyone, I called back in myself and was told I could come pick the item back up, there is nothing they can do to resolve the problem. Very unhappy.

Great place to purchase your favorite apparel. They carry all of the good brands and can decorate it any way you want. Chad and Melanie Gray are special people.

For the sweatshirt they need to have a last name put on it by Friday and they said they do it for me that's awesome

Wife ordered a T-shirt and after 16 days and no word from them I emailed to see what the status was on this shirt. Got an email back asking what web site we bought from (even though I gave them the order number) and another 10 days of emails back and forth and still no word on when the shirt will ship. Then I get the story that someone dropped the ball and they forgot to tell me the shirt was back ordered... That it just came in and they will print it up right away and get it right out to me. Then another 7 days and no word... no tracking... no updates, nothing.

So another round of emails (16 total) and I finally get word it will ship out the next Friday and they give me a tracking number. Then right on cue, the tracking number doesn't work. LOL!

I tried to be as calm as I could but there comes a time when you keep getting lied to about the status of an order you place with a company that you start getting upset...

The t-shirt showed up Saturday, 23 hours after shipping so I will say a thank you for the speedy shipping. Just wish the rest of this transaction was a nice.

Quick friendly staff. Got me what I wanted in the time I needed.
