This man represents a flippers who put lipstick on a pig. I purchased one of the properties last year and everything is cracking, breaking, and covered up flaws. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING WITH THIS AGENT OR WHO HE REPRESENTS. Recently we had 3 windows leaking, and when attempting to have them repaired, we were told the frames were removed and windows just set on wood, sealed, foamed, and stuck on top. Big damage now that El Nino hit. I am not saying its the realtors fault (actually I am now), but he is the only representative that can be found. I cant find anyone else who flipped this house (now I can, you all work for Lendsure used the same address exactly as Lendsure). Be very cautious with the agent if you are buying a property that is flipped. I have spent the last 2 years fixing and undoing the work the company did and I have a lot more repairs that need to be completed.
UPDATE: Went to go sell the house these guys flipped. They had the septic system certified in March 2013, and when we went to sell our home we had to do the same thing. Turns out, these guys re-routed the septic plumbing from the intake port of the septic tank to the exhaust tank that connects to the leach lines after the certification. Certification done in March 2013, plumbing done in June 2013. The result was turning the brand new leach lines into the septic tank, and the septic tank being completely bypassed. Couldn't be found until digging it back up. Luckily for us, we can prove this with invoices of their work, which they gave us, so now we have a claim and a lawyer to help us. Him and his associated work for a company called Lendsure in Rancho San Diego. Avoid them at all costs

Don't waste your time. These people are unethical. After "approving" my loan, ordering 2 appraisals that they made me pay for which came in higher than needed they changed the terms making the loan undesirable.

Annie helped me out on my transaction. I am a realtor and had this very special case where there is no insurance company is willing to insure the property. She literally woke up at 6am and called at least 50 companies for me, spent hours and hours finding it so I can close my deal on time. It s way beyond her duty. We want to specially thank Annie Huang, our AE for saving our loan to purchase a great house in Yorba Linda. LendSure is a good lender, and Annie Huang, the senior AE is the best AE ever!!! Annie is very professional, thoughtful, and diligent with lots of successful experience. Moreover, she responded to us rapidly every single time even at 10pm at night. Annie saved our loan and closed our loan within 7 business days. Our original lender Athas is a very unethical lender that ruined our deal. We are very strong and cooperative borrowers submitted all the required documents within the first 2 weeks of escrow opening, but Athas just hold us for about 2 months without giving any reasonable explanation. Athas kept telling us that we are fine, everything going smoothly, there was no any other conditions added, and the back office was too busy to process our case for over one month! The sellers waited for about 45 days and lost their patient to continue the escrow and planned to cancel the contract. After a very tough communication with the seller, the seller decided to give us a second chance if we could find another lender and close of escrow in 2 weeks. At that sad moment of almost losing a good deal in this hot seller s market, we were introduced to Annie by friends in the afternoon of Friday, 9/3/2021. Annie only took a weekend to finish all preparation and submitted our case to the underwriter. In addition, when we asked Athas for the appraisal report that we as borrower paid $895 for an expedite appraisal, Athas refused to follow the law to provide us a color appraisal report copy. Athas only provided us a black and white copy which cannot be used by the other lender to process our case. In this situation, Annie worked with their attorney to get the color appraisal report copy from the appraiser. It helped us save money and time to avoid doing the appraisal again, and ensure we could close our escrow on time to finish the deal. The whole process from reviewing our case to funding our case is only 7 business days. Annie is wonderful and amazing!!! We highly recommend Annie Huang, the senior AE to secure your loan.
