This is the most responsive and professional pharmacy staff that I have ever encountered in decades. Accuracy, kindness, through customer service as well as follow up phone calls.

I've been to so many different places but this has been the best! Therapists seem to really care about the clients! I have grown so much! Rebecca Zuspin is amazing! I have also done the dbt group and about to do a dbd art therapy group! Whenever I had any questions or issues I got answers quickly. They even pick me up from the house and bring me to therapy!

I have been going to Lenape Valley Foundation for a few years. I found that if you really want to help yourself it is very good. There are enough therapists that people should have no trouble finding a good fit.

The worst programs ever Bucks County Pennsylvania....

The worst programs ever Bucks County Pennsylvania. They are all about money and not about Care. They will close the doors On client who are high functioning. They feed off of clients who are low functioning and cannot speak or advocate for themselves. The Staff are very unprofessional including upper management. They have a height staff turnover when it comes to case management because most of them are fresh out of college. Psych doctors and therapists are among the high turnover. There s no compassionate when it comes to the CRR program. I have also broken hip a loss when it comes to discussing clients personal health among staff they do not work with clients. Stay clear of this organization and seek medical help and professional help elsewhere.

Absolutely and completely disorganized. I was put in the TOP program which is group therapy. My first day trying it I had to go to work which meant for some of the session I would have to bring it with me to travel to work and make it on time. I was NOT told I could not be driving while on the zoom call ( mind you I was completely hands free with Bluetooth in my car and a holder for my phone so my focus was still on the road) had I been told as being a new member that we were not to drive while on group I would have said goodbye before getting into the car. The clinician in-charge reprimanded me inform of the entire group leaving me feeling embarrassed and in a state of panic. When I tried to leave the group after my experience she then continued to harass me by calling my phone multiple times and even into the next day. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND receiving services here as they are unprofessional and disorganized

My mother that lives in the heart of So. Philly and suffers from clinical depression amongst other things. We have been searching for a therapist and psychiatrist for years. My mother has tried them all...There are no good doctors left in the city, they just want to medicate you and move on. So the search began for a Caring and Sympathetic doctor or clinic. Our major issue was her age, she is considered geriatric. There were no beds in Horsham Clinic, Abington told us if she wasn't suicidal they couldn't help. A friend of mine knew a guy fron Recovery Center of America David Romero, said he'll call me with the best places he knows of. The one place David highly recommended for my mom was Lenape Valley in Doylestown. I walked in Lenape at 9am sat with my nervous mother by my side; and waited till they took names @ 12noon for all voluntary psych evaluations. That day my mother met Jennifer Marston, she was so kind and understanding and willing to regulate my mothers meds. My mom finally trusted someone with her state of mind and well being. Jennifer is a gods sent and we are grateful she was willing to help my mother.
Today my mom had a drug test done to see what meds work with her dna/makeup and which ones do not. My mothers therapist is Mary (not sure of last name) but she is awesome too. Its worth the drive for me, just to see my mom leave after an appoint smiling!!!!! Forever Grateful - Dolores F. 8/3/20

I ve benefited for the first time since I ve began working on my mental health by going to Lenape. Lenape s partial & TOP program is the best I ve ever experienced and I ve been struggling since the 90 s & except for the inpatient at sanctuary, Lenape has group therapy that s so beneficial because there s feedback from peers & it made me also feel better giving my peers feedback as well. The therapists who are interns are available for an individual session if you need to talk in confidence. Having individual therapy & group therapy at Lenape for me actually saved my life. Thank you

My partner was set up to start care here after dis...

My partner was set up to start care here after discharging from Lower Bucks inpatient ward. The experience here since has been terrible, it took a month for them to actually have an appointment, and then first appointments they had with a therapist and psychiatrist both practicitioners missed. That is ridiculously negligent treatment of a patient that just discharged.

The light that kept them getting care from this facility was their psychiatrist Catherine Meyers. She was thourogh, flexible, and caring. For some time she's been helping my partner out, but for their last appointment the virtual session my partner logged on and no one else did. They called today to schedule and when they gave their name and birthday they were hung up on. I then called on their behalf and I was told they've been discharged. I said that was never discussed with them and asked if there was a note explaining why. The receptionist said she couldn't see what the details were (she was very kind) and transfered me to the intake department who might know more and I was sent to voicemail. I've left a voicemail, but regardless of how their response is from here the way the facility has handled my partner's care is negligent and unacceptable.

If you're considering coming here, ask for Catherine Meyers as your psych. If you have Medicaid you get priority and there is unfortunately a lack of other options if that is your insurance. But if you have more options I strongly encourage you to seek care at a more competent, caring facility. There's a severe lack of those in the area unfortunately and if you have the option NJ care centers around Princeton are more competent generally.
