My partner was set up to start care here after discharging from Lower Bucks inpatient ward. The experience here since has been terrible, it took a month for them to actually have an appointment, and then first appointments they had with a therapist and psychiatrist both practicitioners missed. That is ridiculously negligent treatment of a patient that just discharged.

The light that kept them getting care from this facility was their psychiatrist Catherine Meyers. She was thourogh, flexible, and caring. For some time she's been helping my partner out, but for their last appointment the virtual session my partner logged on and no one else did. They called today to schedule and when they gave their name and birthday they were hung up on. I then called on their behalf and I was told they've been discharged. I said that was never discussed with them and asked if there was a note explaining why. The receptionist said she couldn't see what the details were (she was very kind) and transfered me to the intake department who might know more and I was sent to voicemail. I've left a voicemail, but regardless of how their response is from here the way the facility has handled my partner's care is negligent and unacceptable.

If you're considering coming here, ask for Catherine Meyers as your psych. If you have Medicaid you get priority and there is unfortunately a lack of other options if that is your insurance. But if you have more options I strongly encourage you to seek care at a more competent, caring facility. There's a severe lack of those in the area unfortunately and if you have the option NJ care centers around Princeton are more competent generally.
