Terrible bad customer care. Arrived in the morning with three other medruss. We behaved nicely and were completely sober. Then we are told that we cannot be here since we are Russ. That's okay! We accept and understand this decision. What is NOT okay is that the general manager (?) Comes with sobering and distasteful comments that generalize the behavior of the Russians. He was abusive and degrading to us, even though we have never made, or been responsible for, any of the problems you have previously had with Russ. Sincerely hope that you can treat your customers with mutual respect in the future. The incident occurred at 3 pm on 29.04.19. Hoping for their part that you will grab this, if not then there will not be left with many customers
