I was extremely happy with the work, and service I received from the Jeep Auto Park in Cary. I have no issues going there again, and no doubt they will fix my Jeep. I live about 35 mins away from the Cary location, and about 7 mins away from Westgate Jeep. There are many reason why I will never go to Westgate Jeep again, and none of them are positive.
Douglas was my salesman and he was really professional and very friendly. He did nog pressure me at all! Show me plenty options for me and i found my dream car! I would highly recommend douglas at this dealership!!!

What a wonderful experience after a disaster at WESTGATE CHRYSLER in Raleigh- see review I set up appoint w/ Crystal who was very sympathetic to my situation. I explained the issue w/ my car. She discussed w/ Brittaney ,service advisor who discussed w/ technician. Crystal called me back and said, based on the info they info, they had a good idea what the issue was. Brought the car in 11-25 and received loaner Brittaney called me back( very knowledgeable) after lunch and informed me they had identified the problem and proceeded to repair it . They found another issue that long term could become an issue -repair made and the car runs great.I couldn't be happier with the kindness and caring that I received from both Brittaney and Crystal.

Been deciding how I want to rate this dealership and I'm just going to honest. They were very nice to me giving me time to get the money up to get my vehicle. It sat up there about a week after repairs were completed. They did call me quickly diagnosis were made and repairs done. However every time, except for the last time when I told them that I was coming to pick up the vehicle, I was rushed off the phone. I could tell that did not like me asking for specific details, what codes were stored, etc. What really did it and prompted the 2 star review is the I asked them to check the transmission level while it was there and that I didn't mind paying for the service. I had noticed that the case and lines were wet from transmission fluid. What they didn't know was that I had checked the level myself but being my method was improvised as I didn't have a scanner to check the temperature and was using the oil dipstick and micrometer. It appeared low but wanted a confirmation from them since they were the dealership. When they called and told me that it was ready, I asked about the fluid "It was normal Sir", my response was okay, what was the temperature, what was the level? (could tell she didn't like me asking another detailed question) "Let me ask the technician" comes back on the phone after two minutes "The technician said it was normal", that really ticked me off, completely ignoring my question. Okay, what about the case and lines being wet? She very hatefullly said "Sir, your van has almost 147,000 miles on it and is a 2012 model. It is normal for it to look like that" Goddarnit, that really made my blood boil. I've been working on cars since I was 12. I knew better and couldn't believe she told me that. I'm guessing they were hoping it would go out because after all, it does have 147k miles and they would be putting a transmission in for me. So soon as I got it home, I asked my personal mechanic to look at it. He did, we looked at the fluid level together and checked the temp using the chart and sure enough I was right, it was low. My mechanic said that even without reading the temperature, it was obviously low. Nearly 2 quarts low to be exact. Oh and the wet case and lines? my lines are leaking, that is the cause. Dealership also said it drove fine but was rough shifting 1-2. That stopped immediately after we put the 2 quarts in, btw. Lastly the day I picked it up, I could tell my right front tire was low from sitting up there (had a small leak) asked them to fill it up before I left. They didn't, low pressure light never went off until after I got home and filled it up myself. Next time, if there is a next time it needs to go to the dealership I will try another one in the area. Disappointed with the service I received here.
Cornell was professional and made the process of buying my daughters car simple and easy. Also the process took all of 2 hrs. Shortest time I have ever spent in a dealership. This experience was excellent and if I decide to purchase another Jeep I will be going back
I was visiting friends and one day we went to look at cars. They were not planning to buy a car that day, but in the near future... A lot of car salesmen hang around out front, but if you see one, ask them to direct you to David Ioselevich. He is very patient and explains things well. He is polite and accommodating. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF!!! If you have questions about new or used car he will not hesitate to show you what does what. He is very thorough! We told him that we are not planning to buy today, that we were just planning for the future, but he still was very nice and explained even the smallest of details. If you go to AutoPark Chrysler Jeep ask for him by name, David Ioselevich , you will be glad you did!!!! We will be back!
First the Finance officer lied by claiming he was going to take care of everything, Insurance ( Calling Farm Bureau) DMV fees, taxes, etc. He collected fees for his service but didn't perform the services. I ended up calling my insurance after the finance Bank call and aid they had us with no Insurance. I call Steve Rideout an and told him what the Bank said. He claimed the dealership entered the wrong information. But he promised DMV was correct. We had to paid a penalty for te insurance coverage. This morning I found out that he collected fees that were paid to DMV. DMV claimed that dealership didn't like the new law and a lot of new car purchaser were having paid taxes that dealership was to collect and paid to DMV. In our case DMV didn't get money that was collected. And you guess it another penalty and interest.
I recently drove from Fayetteville to pick up a used 2014 Infiniti Q50 Hybrid Sport from here and had the best experience. I worked with Ben Paulakonis and he was an awesomely genuine guy! The morning I inquired about this particular vehicle Ben contacted me. Throughout the day we stayed in close contact and the next thing I know I was heading there from Fayetteville. I bought my used Jeep Patriot almost a year ago to today's date. I hydroplanes and ruined my car. Went into this dealership because I always wanted a jeep. Test drove the one I wanted, tried for approval and was denied the loan I wanted. The car salesman, I believe named Mike(middle aged, heavyset, African American gentleman) who I guess thought I was stupid told me to accept the $640 monthly car payment, that I could afford it or refinance. When I told him no and that i wanted to take my time and look around he literally pressured me to walk the entire lot with him and test drive multiple vehicles for hours. When I said I wanted to leave he told me 9 had wasted so much of his time to allow me to look at just "one more" jeep that the boss could cut me a deal on. I drove it. I thought it was decent and the price wasnt bad. 2016 Black Jeep Patriot with 36,000 miles on it. I decided to take it. The moment I drove it off the lot the brakes squealed. I took it back, well since I drove it off the lot it became my problem. I was told I wouldnt need tires for a while, theyd even replaced. They had to be replaced within 2 months. Every time I take it to get the brakes checked theres nothing wrong. It isnt until my third attempt that the technician tells me the jeep Patriots brakes are known to squeak. When I asked up front if they had issues your salesman told me no. 2 months later my windshield randomly cracks because it is cold? What the hell. Your customer service, buying experience and overall care for YOUR vehicles is trash. Thanks for locking me into 4 year contract of $376 monthly payments for something broken.
Everyone was very nice and stayed there distance,I was a little afraid to come out and have my Jeeps oil changed but I called they said they weren't busy. There was a gentleman there that took my car and when it was ready he wiped it down. Thanks for making this process easy. That is why I have bought 3 Jeeps from you guys. Be safe

Although we initially purchased a used 2012 Limited Edition Grand Cherokee Jeep and fell in love with it, we had to trade the car in due to early onset radiator issues (within first 120 days) with the car that became overwhelming for us. Because James Mills, Ginger (custormer relations), and Mike (Sales Manager) understood our difficulty with the car was no issue of our own and how much we loved the Jeep, they worked diligently to remedy our individual situation. We were pleased with the "all hands on deck" approach they took to ensure our customer satisfaction. James went over and beyond the call of duty of any salesman we have worked with to advocate for us a deal that was not only fair, but a deal that will keep our family as Jeep owners.
Update!! after a significant service: My service advisor Leighton was extremely helpful and got me taken care of right away. My jeep now has a significant scratch on the passenger side front quarter panel. The front end was covered in antifreeze after the service was completed. I now wish I had video documented my vehicle as I dropped it off to be able to back-up my claim that this giant 3" long scratch through my clearcoat wasn't there before. I bought my Grand Cherokee from here and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again; however, I will always video document my vehicle before being serviced here again.

It wasn t that it was a bad experience. I had to wait longer than I felt I should have. Someone did eventually greet me. However, this was couple that arrived after me that was approached by staff prior to me. It was the best look!

From technical perspective the car exceeded all of my requirements (Jeep Cherokee 2019 Limited FWD)! The Interior, the big display, light leather and panoramic sunroof are lovely.
The biggest reason to buy the car was Nick Marino from the sales team. He is one of the best sales I have ever met! He was very patient and informative during the whole process. All of my questions were address and he listened very carefully to me about the calculations that I did in advance and why I had a different view on the end the numbers :). We dig into every single detail and this is important for me since I want to take an educated/informed decision. Perfect sales person who understands what you need and doesn't try to sell you stuff that you don't need just for the sake of making business. This is how a win win business is done and people get what they are looking for!

Michael Englert made the buying process smooth. Typically, I have buyer's remorse, but not this time. I feel that I got a really great deal. I got a fair value on my 10 year old Town and Country trade-in. There was not need to haggle, as they met my desired monthly rate. There wasn't much waiting for the paperwork. There was not an exorbitant amount of paperwork. They even transferred my existing license plate over, so I didn't have to wait in line at the DMV. Michael even cleaned the plate before installing it! Michael isn't pushy. He listens to what you're looking for. He made sure that my nine year old daughter was occupied with popcorn. It's the little things that added up to a happy customer.

The sales process initially was fine. I have had my vehicle a year and always get serviced at their service center. Within the past 6 months I have noticed a decline in customer service and am frequently talked down to. I needed new tires, and noticed that I was sold a vehicle with 1 tire that was a different size than the other 3. I have never gotten new tires and have always had the vehicle serviced with Autopark Cary. I told them about this issue and felt that I should not have to pay for the alignment that my vehicle now needed because of the negligence of them not checking the tire sizes before selling the vehicle, and was given little to no assistance by the manager Terry Murdock. He insisted they would not sell a vehicle with a different sized tire despite that fact that it happened. He offered very little compassion or customer relation and problem solving skills that a manager should practice. I will seek another dealer when I purchase my next vehicle and use a different service department in the future.

As the Director of The Bunny Hutch Boutique and CLIMATES-Rescue an exotic animal shelter one of our rescue vehicles "The Bun-Wagon" (AKA 2014 Jeep Patriot) has to be in top shape. Plus keeping an eye on proper maintenance keeps us rescue ready! EVERYONE, I MEAN EVERYONE should bring their Jeep/Chrysler vehicles here for service! The staff is WONDERFUL, clean, quick and efficient. The "Express Lane" is the answer to your prayers. Services like oil change, tire rotation, etc. no appointment necessary just drive in. We were in and out before we finished a cup of coffee!
Mark and Cameron were friendly and patient. They made the transaction quick and painless. They stayed late to accomplish the deal and made a promoter out of me. They are both great representitives of the Leith brand.
Their service department is very attentive. I used the Express Service Lane for an oil change and tire rotation. They open at 7:30 am, but the technicians don't arrive until 8am. My car was serviced, sanitized and ready to go by 9am!
I received an excellent quote over the phone from Ryan and scheduled the service through him. I dropped the vehicle off in the evening with the service that I desired. Daniel contacted me in the morning, and we went over the details. He had to coordinate with the Part and Service Managers to provide the service at the agreed upon price. Most other dealerships would've easily blown me off and told me they couldn't do it. But your guys got together and made it happen.

Great people to work with. It is obvious that they take good care of the vehicles on the lot. Only downside is the sales pitch in regards to them trying to charge you more for warranties.
I had a hard time finding it, but once I did I was able to check in quickly. I had recalls on my car and expected to wait 3 hours but they were finished in 2 hours. Everyone I encountered as far as employees were friendly and informative. I also thought it was nice of them to have a nice waiting room with beverages and snacks. The only issue I had was that the person handling my paperwork told me that I might be asked to do a survey on my experience. I have no problem doing that and would like to as I was pleased with my service. But I was informed that if I left anything lower than 8 that he would be in trouble. Again, I was pleased with my experience including the employees. However, I don't think it is professional or even a fair review if you ask for an 8 or higher. But more importantly, I don't want to be pressured into leaving a score unless I feel it is merited. If you want job security all you need to do is be courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I do recommend this location and I will return here for regular service.
