Had a small bathroom job done recently. Wired in an exhaust fan and added another outlet to my master bathroom. The electrical work was fine and worked like it was supposed to, so no issues there. Unfortunately, during the installation of the extra outlet, the electrician accidently drilled a hole in my bathroom ceiling. It wasn't that big of a deal, these things happen. Before he left, I asked the electrician what the plan was for fixing the hole was. He told me that someone would be calling me the next day to discuss it with me. I never received a call the next day. I tried calling the company, but no one answered. I tried calling the supervisor, Ryan, on his cell. I left a message, but he never called back. I wound up getting the hole fixed on my own. It was pretty disappointing that Allied Electrical didn't care to take care of one of their customers. I won't be using them again.
I've been extremely impressed with everyone at Allied. From calling in to request service all the way to the technician who takes care of the job. I use them for my two stores and have never had any issues. They're reliable and have always communicated expectations in a way that's fruitful for both parties. Calvin has been a life saver installing specialized equipment for our company and we can't thank him enough!!

Jimmy and his men have been my electricians of choice since I started my business, Oasis RV Boat Storage in 2010.
