Very true, but one can not ignore the fact that it is located in a DECLARED INDUSTRIAL ZONE. The industry is established there since 1973.
It is very unfortunate that housing projects are approved and set up in Industrial zones. Very Poor town planning by government and politician. There is no way one could develop a residential project in an industrial zone, and then complain about smoke and smell.
