Should be free. Just another way for big business and the government to get into your wallet. It's outrageous the $ they charge to drive on a road. That's what our taxes are supposed to be for. Abolish the O.T.A.!

Something inherently wrong with a business that does not answer a phone for 54.30 minutes...closes at 4:30 and still does not get to the phone...I called them @ 3:42pm and never got through...only the very nice computer woman that states to go online to pay your bill, which I did not need to do.

Needs to enter the 21st century, stop threatening motorists with criminal charges for not having cash on them while refusing to have ATMs or credit card readers at toll booths. Don't drive through Oklahoma until they get their stuff together with their toll roads.

Confusing to outsiders and the system just doesn t make any sense. The initial payment was fine but 1 rest stop for 40 some miles, no amount signs are posted, except at the booth; returning to the turnpike is confusing, and now I m getting a fine because of it...thanks for the great experience

Definitely NOT excellent customer service... if your tag gets stolen, they will tell you though luck. Mine was stolen and then put into a semi, $18 each trip, and they told me there was nothing they could do!

I don't mind having to pay. I'm choosing to drive the told road so I'm fine with that. No credit/debit cards? Really? It's 2017. People can get mobile card readers for their phones now but you can't put card machines in your toll booths?

Terrible roads full of small town cops running speed traps. It seems like there are always road construction projects and slowdowns.Toll booths are inefficient, and prices are never posted miles in advance. I try to avoid driving through this sorry excuse for an interstate system anytime I can. Apparently Oklahoma doesn't know how to fund transportation through taxes like every other state in the Union.

If I could give this a 0 rating I would. So let me get this straight: your roads are in worse condition and you make us pay for the use? I thought all road maintenance was provided federally by the gasoline tax. So where does this money go?

How can you run the toll roads in the 21st century and not accept credit cards at toll stations. Absolutely outdated and foolish decision that highlights the watefulness of this department. Absolutely inconsiderate of our time as citizens.
