The service staff always treats me very well, from the time I pull into the reception area, until the time I pick up the car. A service writer looks over the car when I arrive and states what will be done. I usually get a loaner which minimizes the disruption. I've been going to Lehman for over 10 years, and feel like we're friends. Love the cars and the dealership.

For sales - Go somewhere else. I once considered buying a used Volvo from them and noticed some deficiencies with the car. When I pointed them out they said they would repair it if I bought it but the purchase price would be higher.

I purchased my Volvo S 80 at Boston Volvo in Massachusetts. I have it serviced in Concord New Hampshire. Both dealerships are friendly, helpful, and highly qualified. On a trip, my wife had a service issue. The mechanic at Lehman informed my wife that the repair proposed by the surly and unhelpful service writer would render the automobile unsafe. My wife rented a car and continued on her journey. I returned to the dealership to pick up the car and found that the proposed unsafe repair was the one that had been done. I also found the service writers unhelpful. I ve opened a case with Volvo cars USA, but in the meantime, I recommend any Volvo owner to avoid this service department.

I called Lehman Volvo in Mechanicsburg, Pa on Friday Nov. 30, 2018 before lunch because when I started the car it was stuck in the park position. When Dave answered the phone I told him the situation and asked for an appointment and if I could have the car towed there. He said I won't have an appointment until next Thur. Dec. 6th. I said that's fine if I could get a loner today or Monday. He said I won't have a loner until the following Mon Dec. 10th. I also told Dave that I needed a car because I had to get to work. He didn't seem to care or expresss an apology on behalf of Leahman Volvo. I told him I would call their other dealership 33 miles away in York. Pa. Dave said I don't know their schedule. I told him I would call and find out.
I decided in that moment that I would no longer be a dedicated customer to Leaham Volvo in Mechanicsburg, PA.
My issue is that I've been a dedicated customer since 2007 when I purchased the car from them. Ever time I go there I spend a ton of money and this is the thanks I get.

I'm an out of state shopper and we were unable to make a tentative deal on one of their used cars due to a low trade-in offer, but the communication was good and generally friendly and sincere. I'll consider future business (as long as I don't have a trade, of course!)

Brought my older Volvo in for service. Service Dept clean and organized, staffed with friendly people. They were completely transparent and very communicative about what the car needed and how much each service was.
I was told by a non-Volvo repair shop I needed a $430 repair for my non-functioning power outlets. Lehman's determined I had blown a fuse in a box that apparently the first shop was unaware of. Not only did they replace the fuse, they charged me for ONLY the fuse, not the labor, so while I was there for an hour (because they Also cleaned my vehicle), I was charged $2.40.
I went to this dealership with the initial thought that i was going to get "profiled" for like of a better term. I'm 22 and look 16 so I fully expected to get the cold shoulder when it came to walking into a dealership that sold cars that 98% of people my age wouldn't look at. I was surprised to not only get treated like a normal person walking in but what i was asking for was taken seriously. All though I didn't end up with a new car due to the leftover I have on my current vehicle I fully plan to return when I am able. I worked with Stacy Stine and she was more than willing to help me realize that Volvo is the next car I will get no questions asked.
Mary was fantastic. She took the time to show me all of the cool technology and features my car came equipped with, both while on the test drive, and before I left the dealership with my XC40. My car was delivered on time and was exactly what I ordered although I should have ordered with air suspension since I trailer a boat and most reviews I read encouraged ordering it on this model to improve ride. I wanted a Volvo V90 Cross Country Station Wagon, not a hulking SUV.
I contacted a total of 22 Volvo dealers in PA, South Jersey, DE, MD and VA. 21 all told me that they would review my letter of interest and then get back to me. And all told me that they were customer focused operations. And like clockwork, all of them come back in two - three weeks with we have some bad news, you car could take three months from the factory, but my sales manager can give you a great deal on an SUV.
It was the last letter, number 22 that uncovered a gem of a car dealership. In far off, to many of us, Central Pennsylvania, just west of the state capital, Harrisburg.
Lehman Volvo of Mechanicsburg, PA, almost 200 miles away, LISTENED. It took a couple of weeks because of the model year change over, but they put in an order for my 2021. And sure enough, just like the Volvo video, my 2021 V90 car of my dreams, arrived in October.

Lehman s entire team got the car, prepped it, filled it with fuel and totally explained it all to me in a very relaxed way.
And so I drove away happy.

Initially I thought the customer service was great. They set me up with a loaner vehicle twice while taking a look at a peek-a-boo long crank issue in the spring time. Unfortunately they did not find the solution but I had intended to use them again because I liked their service, UNTIL TODAY. I called because the long crank returned and has been happening consistently when I leave work for over a week now. I was told they couldn t schedule me until the first week of October if I needed a loaner. (Honestly I don t know that my vehicle will make it that long and I m already praying not to be stranded). When I asked why it would take so long the service writer told me that they did not find the issue last time... implying that my business and my vehicle aren t a priority. I was trying to be patient and see if I could get the appointment for a more reasonable time but the service writer wouldn t budge. I was essentially told that because their technicians couldn t find the issue before that I was wasting their time. No...thank you... I ll take my business else where. I m a mom of three and my husband works out of town. My vehicle is essential to my life to get to work and do everything I need to do.

The best car buying experience I've ever had. Stacy Stine was phenomenal. She had the vehicle I was interested in ready and waiting for a test drive, and while I was out, got a newly delivered T8 Hybrid XC60 ready for a test drive when I got back. After driving that car, I put down a deposit and came back two days later to complete the sale. Stacy and the team had everything ready for me at the appointed time. I was in and out in less than an hour with a brand new, fully ready, vehicle. I could not be happier with the car or with the service I received.

I have gotten my S40 serviced here several times. They do great service and at a price surprisingly cheaper in some cases then non-dealer shops. I have the ability to do some work remotely and they have free Wi-Fi so while I am waiting I can be working and not lose productive business hours.
I can't think of anywhere else I'd go for a car. The service department is exceptional!

Worst experience with a car dealer ever. The service department here is terrible. They ruined the transmission in our family's XC90. They lied and told us they couldn't drive it back to our house due to the transmission slipping. It was not slipping at all when the car was dropped off. We went to Lehman to drive the car home ourselves. It was clearly towed out of their shop and no one had attempted to drive it home. There was a tow hook in the bumper and it was clearly drug out and left in two parking spots. When we started the car it made terrible noises and would not go into gear or move.
