Worst experience with a car dealer ever. The service department here is terrible. They ruined the transmission in our family's XC90. They lied and told us they couldn't drive it back to our house due to the transmission slipping. It was not slipping at all when the car was dropped off. We went to Lehman to drive the car home ourselves. It was clearly towed out of their shop and no one had attempted to drive it home. There was a tow hook in the bumper and it was clearly drug out and left in two parking spots. When we started the car it made terrible noises and would not go into gear or move.
