I wasn t an actual customer for this company but I am a former contractor that worked for this company, let me tell you the horrible reviews don t lie! Their responses they put make it seem like they care but trust me, they only care about your money. Shouldn t expect anything less from a company who does business with Lowe s. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and take your hard earned money somewhere that actually appreciates you and not this dump.

My daughter s family was supposed to move into there new home the middle of September. They ordered their carpet from Lowe s and Legacy Flooring was supposed to do installation within 3 weeks of ordering flooring. They ordered the first of September. After a month of hearing nothing, they scheduled to put carpet in October 21, the morning of they called and said there truck broke down and they would need to reschedule. Things happen and she assumed she would be next on the list to get her flooring, they said since her appointment was canceled due to the installers error, she has now got to wait 2 weeks until the next available appointment.

Very impressed in the work performed. The Installers took the time to insure everything was level and prepped before install. The Work was done in a timely manner and my wife could not be happier with the results. Would definitely recommend Legacy Flooring to anyone.

I worked for this company as an operations manager. I was placed in their worst district and basically told good luck. We had no installers in some areas, constant call outs from installers, and no help from upper management. The GM showed a lot of favoritism. The favorites would befriend you and then go talk about you behind your back to the GM. When we needed help, it took a while to get answers. The District Managers would not assist us in office on things they needed to complete, we had to fight just to get answers. There are people staffed who say unethical things and when you report it, you re looked at as a problem. If you ask for a demotion or to be moved to another area, they tell you No, even if it s a request per ADA. Your disabilities are used against you and they drive you to the point you have to quit, like I did. If a customer calls in screaming and cussing, we re to stay on the phone and take the abuse. All that matters is making them happy so they give that perfect score. The company they use for measurements is worthless. They don t show, don t measure correctly, can t tell the difference between tile or laminate, mark detail sheets wrong and if you ever need to reach someone, HA! They don t answer their phone or email.
I used to love working for this company. So much changed and there is zero cohesiveness throughout the company. Nobody is on the same page. Each GM runs things differently. It causes a ton of friction and nobody seems to care.

THE INSTALLERS SMOKED IN OUR HOME DURING INSTALLATION!!!! They are difficult to contact. We called about 7 times and got 1 call back despite having questions.
The installation was for our rental home 7 hours from our primary residence. 16 hours prior to installation it gets delayed. Our realtor had schedule her vacation around the install date, and could no longer let them in. We were rescheduled for a 12-2pm arrival.
The day of install they call at 7am and say they are 30 minutes from the house (5 hours early). We had to give them the lockbox code to get in our home.
Halfway through the job, we get a call that they need additional installation fees for installing in a mobile home. The house is a manufactured home with 3/4 inch subflooring on a permanent foundation. They had previously walked the house during measurement with us, and this was not an issue.
During installation they broke our vertical blinds (which we had just replaced). They did not let us know, just left the broken slates lying on a half wall. They left dirt and debris on the tile floors and cigarette ash in our sink. The primary reason for new carpet was our previous tenants had smoked there. We repainted using kils and had the place professionally cleaned. The carpet replacement was the last step in eliminating that smell. And now our brand new carpet smells like smoke.

Please please ask questions upfront, especially about times. Also, make sure to cover everything in ur house bc they will not close off the entryways with plastic sheets like they re supposed to so dust will get everywhere. Be aware when they say we will be back in 48-72hrs to finish the job they really mean 9-10 days. One last thing- we r not even expecting customer service just basic services in timely manner that we paid for but even that seems to be too much for Legacy. I can t believe Lowe s still uses them, we certainly will not be and hope no one has the same experience as us!

First and foremost I Had to schedule my own instillation date... because Lowe s never did. Finally got that taken care of... Date was set for 8-17-21 which was yesterday between 9am-11am.. Left work early to come home and @12:00 no call and no show... finally got in contact with someone and they stated my records show my instillation time was from 9am-3pm... Who the he ll schedules a 6 hour window for a 3 hour job ... when the installer finally showed up at 12:30... only to find out when the Lowe s Delivery guy (Larry) delivered the floors leaving them in the garage vs inside the house where they have to be for up to 72 hours before they can be installed . So I assisted the installer taking 22 boxes of flooring upstairs... called this morning and I still don t have a scheduled installation date Finally installed and was told that installers would bring missing stair nose ( that didn t happen) had to order from Lowe s and that will take an additional 7 to 14 business days to arrive... I picked up it up last Thursday called and was told that someone would be in contact with me later that day or Friday. Needless to say I called Legacy Flooring only to find out that the earliest I could get this one piece installed would be next week. With that being said I purchased my flooring July 24 and it s August 31 and our floor still isn t complete... please take a look at this TRIP HAZARD for my family and our 8 year old son!
