For me the most beautiful castle in England. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I can really recommend the labyrinth. Unfortunately, the admission prices increase more than my income every year.

We stayed the night (Knights Glamping), had a great time. Castle and grounds are lovely, and nice to see so many birds/ducks wondering around. Playgrounds were great. Bring a blanket for picnics as there is bird/duck poo everywhere.

Beautiful castle, love being here, amazing history and greatly informed people within the grounds of how they inform of how people lived within the castle among the history. Lovely staff everywhere too, amazing prices for everything and great amount of entertainment for the kids too.

Fabulous place to visit with the family. Lots of history to see inside the castle aswell as a maze and play area for the kids. Great day out even if a little rainy. The resturants/cafe have vegan and gluten free options so was very chuffed.

The day I attended there were so many inconsiderate teenage French tourists there that it made it very difficult to go inside the castle.
The grounds & wildfowl were lovely.
Thankfully the entry gives return admission for a year, so hoping to get back to give it another chance.

A beautiful place not only for sightseeing, but for spending the day, especially in good weather.
Lovely vegetation and a huge, well-kept park and a castle surrounded by a lake.
In addition, the friendly staff will encourage you to visit this place.

A great place for a day out with the family. Good selection of things to do including a birds of prey show, large playground, mini golf, maze/labyrinth with a grotto in the centre and, of course, the castle itself. Surprisingly, the food in the only restaurant was of decent quality and reasonably priced.

Beautiful gardens and well kept castle. Lots of facilities. Be prepared to spend a minimum of two hours walking through the estate to get to the main attractions, and if you go on a sunny day on a weekend, be prepared for car parking issue, long queues, bus loads of tourists, and cramped tours of the castle. If you can do it on a sunny day in spring on a Monday, you're in got a treat. A ticket lasts for a year so at least you can come back it you find yourself needing a break of short of time.

The castle has a good decor. A route has been set out, allowing you to admire all the rooms. The gardens around it are definitely worth seeing. We really enjoyed Leeds Castle and its gardens.

Leeds Castle tickets are a bit pricey but they allow entrance any time during a year from the moment of purchase.
At this time of the year it tends to be rather busy but staff are lovely and very helpful. There is currently a Christmas market with rides and good food.
There are many parking places but it's otherwise a bit difficult to reach if you don't have a car. There is a bus coming from Maidstone but only a few times a day.

Simply the best wedding venue you could wish for!!

Leeds Castle was the first venue we saw, we knew as soon as we saw it and met Sophie our fantastic wedding planner that we needn't look any further.
All of the staff from the first moment where brilliant. Sophie and her team where very efficient and friendly, and full of ideas!
We had quite a short engagement of 6 months, but we where offered the 19th of December and couldn't resist a christmas wedding! The castle was so magically decorated with the largest tree you can imagine!
On the day everything ran incredibly smoothly, we didn't have to worry about a single thing! We have been to other weddings since where the waits between the ceremony and meal have been too long and everyone is unsure as to where they are meant to be. This was in complete contrast to ours. The team where so professional and it ran like clockwork! The waiters and waitresses where very attentive and no one was ever left wanting for another glass.
The castle looked absolutely stunning, truly magical! It was a massive bonus to be able to sleep in the castle and also on the grounds! This really meant that everyone could relax and not worry about either not having a drink or a sensible time to leave.
Also the lay out of the castle works perfectly, the different rooms are used so well and it gave a really relaxed feel to the whole occasion. There was a room for the ceremony, banqueting, dancing, reception, library and a room to relax in. This worked brilliantly as when you wanted a rest from the dancing or for elderly relatives you could go and sit in a beautiful and cosy sitting room.
In short I can not recommend Leeds Castle highly enough.

Photos by Benjamin Toms who was excellent. I would highly recommend him. benjamintomsphotography.co.uk

Went to the Halloween special with the kids, they dressed up for it.Plenty for them to do&They were very entertained Lovely castle, even with no special events on.My only quibble is I think they should open car park before opening time as traffic was queing into the road backed up along way,& was causing a potential hazzard.

Fabulous maze. At the centre of which, you find yourself going into a grotto with a twisting path, with walls and statues made of shells and stones depicting occult imagery. (The black swans are not only the symbol of Leeds Castle, they are also associated with alchemy). Also has a cascade. Very pretty and awe inspiring. This takes you under the maze and out again into the surrounding gardens which are wonderful. There are ruins of a previous castle. And the vast rooms of the current moated castle to peruse. And you can also see falconry. A good day out.

One of the most relaxing places I ve ever been to. Lots to see, great history tours and great tour guides and staff. Definitely worth a visit again. There are places to get food at a reasonable price.

Always love visiting here. Yes it is a bit pricy for a single visit but the ticket lasts a year so if you're passing again or local it's brilliant. The new play park with Knights Castle is amazing and worth the wander down to the far end of the grounds.
The events are amazing too motors on the mote is great. The Christmas market is busy but very big and fun.
The themed exhibitions in the castle itself are well laid out and made fun for the kids with things to spot along the way.

Lovely grounds for family picnic. Easy to navigate baby buggy around the parks.
Seem to be very popular destination among family with kids
Change for Covid: One way system is being followed now.
Recommendation: It is a good idea to carry food with you.
There is a cafe at the entrance but since it is one way, you may not want to go all way around if you ve forgotten to buy anything.

Lovely Castle. Such history. Beautiful buildings and such stunning gardens. Lovely surroundings with soo much to see. Beautiful trees and lakes with beautiful animals to see. Theres a train too for all to enjoy as there is alot of walking to be had. Fun day out for the kids. Birds of prey displays good too. Very informative. Crazy golf is awesome and kids play parks. Lots to eat and drink also. Try the fresh cooked donuts. Yum.
Or just go to the grounds and have a picnic. Gift shops are huge. Well worth a visit. Great day out. Pay for the day and visit all year round. Amazing. Perfect place to visit. Right near Maidstone too 5*

This is one of my favorite castles in England. The views of the grounds are amazing. They are incredibly well maintained and offer fantastic photo opportunities. Learning about the history and evolution of the castle was fun. Actually touring the rooms was a great experience. I would definitely check this place out if you get the time.
