God, I went here on Pinnacle peak and it's horrible, some lady named Jen Trujillo gave me so much attitude and tried to get gangster on me, she was like 300 lbs but it really pissed me off when all I did was ask a question. Horrible insurance company.
WOW... SPENT AN HOUR TRYING TO MAKE A PAYMENT ON A QUOTE I GOT FROM THEM, THEY KEPT TRANSFERING MY CALL EVERY WHERE ELSE AND NONE OF ALL I SPOKE WHERE ABLE TO HELP ME ... DIDNT EVEN TRY TO HELP.. WOW,....I was recommned to them BY HISCOX.. NOT EVEN A 1STAR YOU DESERVE!....
Just try to call and get a person to talk to and then you get the idea...
I wish I could leave a 0! This insurance company is horrible!!! there Lacks a daisical attitude towards claims, and payments, and sending out checks is Ridiculous, They have no sense of urgency all! of the supervisors apparently never answer their phone. I have no idea how they stay in business! I will do everything I can to divert people away from Chubbs insurance
Their claims person, Rose, based out of the Arizona office, called us up for no good reason to inform us that CHUBB wasn't paying for our downstairs condo water damage, only for their client in the condo above us even though it was their fault. After 2 days of stress and time trying to figure all this out, we found out that everything was already paid and we were not being held liable. Several people were negitively affected by this heavy handed, thoughtless and deceptive approach.
Very very business professional. Friendly greeter and amazing interior offices. Elevators are top notch and you can find multiple insurance companies there. Including Aflac. Mostly used for work office. Not really a walk in "store" so you better be going there for big business.
Awful we were taken out of our lifted truck which was damaged by their client. Alan has been rude and unprofessional, we were forced into a small Hyundai and enterprise called us over 3 times telling us we were past due and they need the vehicle back! Not one single apology I asked for a truck due to what we were taken out of and he was awful belittling and wouldn t let us get a truck absolutely disgusting service!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CHUBB INSURANCE ..
My sons truck was hit by a Chubb insured driver found at 100% Fault. It has been 6 weeks and the truck is still sitting at a body shop untouched because Chubbs can not get ahold of their insured for their statement, The Chubbs agent has changed 5 times in 6 weeks and each time the agent changes the claim starts over. After a month of this game they finally decided to pay part of the rental car fees.The most unprofessional Insurance Company I ve ever dealt with . I can not imagine being the insured party.trying to make a claim or even just get a straight answer from a agent.
Chubb Insurance Company agreed to cover my claim after their insured hit me. I was not at fault. I am very disappointed and having to take legal action since they are not fulfilling my requested loss in value that my GMC truck sustained when I was rear ended by their insured. This has been a huge headache and hassle and has taken a lot more of my time to get Chubb to do what they are legally bound to do. Never in my life have I had to deal with a more difficult insurance company especially when I am not at fault. As a business owner I always try and be respectful of the process but I would highly discourage anyone from working with them. Not only am I taking legal action on Chubb but their insured client as well. That being said, anyone who is thinking about signing on with Chubb... RUN!
