My sons truck was hit by a Chubb insured driver found at 100% Fault. It has been 6 weeks and the truck is still sitting at a body shop untouched because Chubbs can not get ahold of their insured for their statement, The Chubbs agent has changed 5 times in 6 weeks and each time the agent changes the claim starts over. After a month of this game they finally decided to pay part of the rental car fees.The most unprofessional Insurance Company I ve ever dealt with . I can not imagine being the insured party.trying to make a claim or even just get a straight answer from a agent.
