A quiet afternoon and it was difficult getting information on pricing,products & policies.the store appearance although a bit dark was displayed well.
No one helped me whatsoever. And when I looked at the prices, they were more than three times the amount that I can get online. And, online delivers for free. It was a waste of time for me to even go there. If I could could give a negative star I would.

We were in the market for a recliner. Stephen Branch listened to what we were looking for and took us over to three different styles so we could "test drive" them. No pushy sales pitch. He just pointed out facts like how high the back of one chair was vs. another and how that might impact comfort. Martha got our paperwork done quickly and we were out the door. In less than an hour we got a call that they were on their way to our house! Friendly, efficient, and fast.
I was pleasantly greeted when I walked in the door, but I was NOT assaulted by the sales staff. I walked around until I was ready to talk with someone about what I was interested in purchasing. From that point, it progressed to a satisfactory conclusion. I am ordering a new couch. One that will likely last at least 15 years.

Had the best experience ever, treatment was not only proffesional, but very homely, felt very comfortable with the service and deal a got. The delivery was very professional as well, I never asked the senior man, but he had drill sergeant written all over him, very methodical. Great place.
