My husband and I live in Omaha, Nebraska. We were having a hard time finding the car we wanted in Omaha, so ventured out on the web to look in other states. We found the car we wanted on the Dreyer and Reinbold website. I called and talked to Liz, who was a great pleasure to work with. We decided to purchase the car and worked with Mark to get the right financing, who was also a great pleasure to work with. We bought the car sight unseen, but Mark said it was in perfect condition, and he was right. We had it shipped to us and it was absolutely in perfect condition and such a beautiful color. I truly couldn t have had a better experience leasing a vehicle. If you are looking for great customer service and efficiency in buying/leasing a vehicle this location is a must! Karen, was my salesperson and she was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and essentially helped me lease my new vehicles totally over a series of phone calls and emails. I spent about an hour and a half total in the actual dealership from start to finish, the most convenient car shopping experience ever! She went above and beyond, along with the manager, Joe, to get me the absolute best price that wasn t comparable at other dealerships. I felt so appreciated as a customer and I m so glad I leased through them! Also, I ve used their service facilities with my previous lease and again nothing but great things to say about their customer service and convenience. Karen is so great at what she does. I lease and was over on mileage and she was still able to work out a great deal for me when turning my car in. The process was quick..I was in and out. She is very understanding and listens to your wants and needs and you can tell she is knowledgeable about her position.
I've got to say Dreyer and Reinbold INFINITI is second to none. From sales to service everyone is knowledgeable, helpful and just a joy to work with.

Josh is wonderful. I went in to look at a new car, and I explained how I wouldn t be able to purchase for about a month due to an upcoming surgery. Knowing that didn t stop Josh from being super helpful and going on a test drive with me. Honestly, I don t know if I ve had that much fun with a car salesman before. Josh would check in periodically, but I never felt rushed or pressured. I ended up going with a different make vehicle, and Josh was very understanding when I told him. His well wishes were genuine and from the heart. This is what a car salesperson should be like. No pressure. Informative. Kind, understanding and fun! You get all of that with this guy.
