I am staying at the Northtowne Apartments in Huber Heights. I like them a lot and renewed my lease. Management is prompt and helpful in case of emergencies. My only suggestion is that they are old school when it comes to methods of receiving rent. They only accept checks and money orders and absolutely no ways of paying rent online. This is 2018, please upgrade your system.

I consider this company in my opinion to be very dishonest and not at all trust worthy. They don't care about the environment or their neighbors. They will do what ever makes them the most money with little regard to the impact it has on their neighbors of the land. They care only about their bottom line.
Worst management company I ve ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs. Their properties are cheap for a reason.

Mid Ohio Development are EVIL. You are just a pawn to these people. They will squeeze every single penny you have out of you. My boyfriend and I rented from Brittany bay townhomes, and in no way or form are they working with me when my appartmenr was broken into due to their cheap window locks, that still wasn t fixed when we moved out.....and they had the decency to charge me for the BLINDS THAT THE CRIMINAL BROKE... I told them I m going through cancer and to please work with me. NOPE. Avoid there properties at all cost!
I would put less stars if I could. They didn't return a single one of my calls or messages about my 70 plus parents having to shovel their way out of their property because the snow plow company put the snow in front of my parents garage. Don't move to one of their properties unless you want to do your own snow shoveling. They obviously don't care enough about their residents to even call them back.
If it wasn't for what happened at the end of the lease, I'd be pretty happy with living at the Hilliard branch.
They pushed to get my keys 2 months prior to the actual end date of my lease, entered my apartment unannounced and without notice. Now, it's been 59 days and no returned deposit. I'll be filing a small claims court case because I'm not going to be bullied by some landlord.
I recently had an interview with this company and I am appalled to say that nobody wore masks!! We are in the middle of a global pandemic, how can you not wear a mask! Not only that, they had the nerve to say we re in America, you speak in English when discussing the Latinx employees
