We experienced a home fire and worked with Lecy Brothers to completely demolish the site and rebuild from the foundation up. I could not have experienced a more positive, professional group of people to undertake this journey with. They delivered an incredibly high-quality product that was on time and on budget! What could have been a stressful experience ended up being a very positive journey with an exceptional group of people. From the minute we met with Lecy about doing our master bedroom and bath remodel, we were impressed. Mike took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted, made suggestions where appropriate and gave us some options to work with our budget. The design process with Victoria was super fun and easy. She expertly guided me through selections and helped sort out where we should splurge and where we could save. The actual demo and remodel was managed by Kevin, about whom I can't say enough. Definitely a "customer first" mindset, and amazing attention to detail, he didn't consider the job done until it was done right. And it was. We are extremely happy with our remodel and I'd highly recommend Lecy for building and remodeling your home.

Our project involved a complete main level gut and remodel of the kitchen, dining, family room, entryway, mud room, bathroom, and office. Some of the challenges for our project included removing a fireplace in the center of the room and smoothing out the main level floor which was at varing elevations.

We considered numerous companies after talking with friends and neighbors about their experiences. This helped us narrow our list down, of which we interviewed 3. After talking with each company about our project and receiving bids, the choice was clear. The company that we had the most confidence in and felt the most comfortable with, also delivered the the most complete and competitive bid.

We worked with Andy before and during the project and he was exceptional to work with. The same goes for our project manager, Anthony. Anthony managed our project with care. Andy and Anthony were both consistently responsive to our questions before and during the project. We never felt like we were just another project for them - we felt like we were the most important project for them (even through it wasn t the largest). We were also thrilled with all of the subs they work with and we felt very comfortable with every one they brought in.

If we were to do the project all over again, we would 100% work with Lecy and will be working with them on any future projects that we have. If you are considering which contractor to work with for your build or remodel, you must connect with Lecy! You can t beat the combo of high-end/exceptional work, honest and trustworthy people, fair and competitive prices and on schedule completions.

We hired Lecy Bros Homes to remodel our kitchen after damage from a water leak from bathroom upstairs. I was so impressed from the first meeting to the end. In fact we didn t just do the kitchen, but added 2 bathrooms, a deck, dining room, new laundry room and mud room. Kevin, our project manager was on top of things from the start to the finish. He made everything run SO smoothly and above all respected our house and our privacy as we stayed in the basement during the remodel. All of the workers were so professional and friendly. Victoria, the design specialist, was by far a life saver. She has an eye for what looks great and on top of that is SO easy to work with and personally connect with. We honestly felt like the Lecy Crew were part of our family and were sad to see them go! I highly recommend them for any project and in fact two of my close friends also used them after our amazing experience with them!! We Love Lecy!! Thank you for making our house beautiful again and functional!

When moving back to my home state of Minnesota I had no idea which builder to use to fix up an older home that I fell in love with. My brother recommended Levy. He had heard they did a fabulous job. He was right. The most important thing I will say up front that I appreciated the most was their follow through follow-up and their attention to detail. They did not simply finish the job and walk away. My home was restored to its former beauty with some wonderful touches and additions. They work with you from beginning to end interjecting great ideas when I didn t know what to do next..

Lecy did a remarkable job on my $3.6 million home. It turned out beautiful. Project manager, Andy Johnsrud, ensured everything was covered during the project and did his best to keep me within the budget I set. The job supervisor, Tim Haunty, took personal responsibility for attending to every detail at the job site to make sure everything turned out impeccable. They worked with my architect and design team and built a high quality modern home. Their excellent service trickled down to the subcontractors who were attentive to my every need, repeatedly saying Lecy will do whatever it takes to ensure their customers are happy. Mark Lecy was down to earth and helpful. During the final walk through, no detail was too small. He wanted to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Lecy and it s team of professionals.

I had a very good experience with Lecy Bros. on a recent exterior home remodel project. We ran into unexpected items that had to be rectified along the way and I was very happy with the professionalism and flexibility they exhibited in getting things fixed and completed the right way and on-time.

The Lecy team is the most professional, responsive and fair building team that I have ever worked with in the numerous homes I have built. I can also say that the quality of the home they build, contractors that they work with are second to none. Anthony managed the building project for the home and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Just recently, 3.5 years after I purchased the house, we had a situation where both Mark Lecy and Anthony were at our house within an hour of my call at 10pm in the evening so they are truly committed to their customers. I would absolutely work with them again and recommend them to anyone that asks.

Terrible project management. For the price you would think you'd be taken care of but that's not the case. You have to constantly supervise their crews and inevitably find mistakes that they hope you won't catch. This company is a nightmare and will give you sleepless nights!!!!

We have had great experiences with Lecy Bros. Recently, they performed a beautiful full remodel of our Wayzata home and we couldn t be happier with the outcome. Working with Andy Johnsrud, as well as the rest of the team, was professional, on budget and on time. Previously, Andy and team remodeled our home in Chanhassen. Lecy Bros Home and Remodeling did a beautiful job on our home remodel. We worked extensively with Andy and he put our ideas into action. His creative talent turned our outdoor pool and patio area into a perfect oasis to entertain and relax! Anthony was our amazing job supervisor who responded to every idea and detail on a big job that extended from the outdoor pool, patio and driveway pavers, to the pool supply room, redoing wood floors, a master bathroom tile shower and indoor fix-ups in trim work and painting that were not part of the original plan. The entire Lecy team was flexible, caring and had a great group of polite, competent and reliable sub contractors. We are so happy that we chose Lecy Bros to remodel our home and we cannot say enough wonderful things about them!
