LeaseAccelerator is lease accounting software for ASC 842, IFRS 16, and GASB 87. Companies that need a better way to manage leases and maintain compliance should look at LeaseAccelerator!
The company I work for bought their ezlease product, a perpetual license actually (so they basically bought it), for a few thousand dollars. The template they gave us was out of line, meaning the stuff I wanted to be under the title in Column N, I would need to put in Column O (it could've been two columns off). I figured this out and let them know. There were other problems. After a year, they told us we needed to pay our subscription fees or they would take away our access to the product. We told them we bought the product, and they said that changed at some point to a subscription. I forget the exact amount, but they wanted somewhere around 3 to 4 times the original price after we had already put so many hours into it. This is a bad company. Stay away.
And now this Colleen Tiggs lady has responded trying to look good. She didn't address how they took back ownership of something we bought and held all of the time and effort we put into it for a large ransom. Again, I warn you that this company is basically scamming people. Stay away. While we were shopping for a new lease software, we found that everything out there is better than what this company offers. They have 3 good reviews from employees and then 2 bad reviews.
