Leapfrom Nursery Review

I don't know were to start so my son has a symptom of corenavirus (cough) and I did the test as I have been asked to do it. And I didn't get the result until now it's been like 3 weeks. And I told them it's been more than 14 days. They keep saying I have to have the results in order to my son to go back to the nursery and I should get a new test. So I call 119 for the second time when I called it was the lady who talked to me I told her when did I did the test and everything and my son is very fine now she said the test might be lost she emailed to the to tell them there was a delay result she said it will take 3 or 4 days. And she asked me how many days have I been self isolating I said 3 weeks and she said I can go back to my normal routine and I told her that the nursery keep saying unless I have the result my son can't go back to the nursery and she was like no that not the rule's she asked me to tell them to follow the NHS rules because they are not following it. AND when I asked her if I can do the test again she said no you can't do it because you said your son is fine and you have been self isolating for more than 14 days and she said just follow the NHS guidelines online. This is my 4th week staying at home because they are not allowing my son so go back to the nursery. I dont know if they have their own rules but this isn't right. They should follow the NHS guidelines unless they have problems with my son and maybe they have another reason I don't know this isn't right. This is being careless

I love this nursery. Fantastic extension of home for my child; they are flexible, approachable, resourceful, clean and amazing in all they provide - I can tick all boxes!
Aisha, Amina, Amreen and the other staff, they trully care about my son and I always feel very safe to leave him there. It's been nearly 2 months since we joined and my 2-year old has transformed from a 'crying baby' into a an 'independent todler' with great manners!
I've seen many many many places, when I had to select nurseries for my two older children, but it was always a 'not much of a choice' choice...
LEAPFROGs are EXPERTS in what they do! I would recommend Leapfrog nursery to anyone, in fact, if I could go back in time, I would bring my 2 older children here

My 18 month old daughter loves coming to this nursery. When I collect her after a whole day she doesn t want to leave! The staff are amazing and the nursery is bright, colourful and so many activities for all the babies and children. LOVE the parent app too! Getting updates and photos of my baby while I m at work is so lovely Thank you Leapfrog for restoring my faith in nurseries!

Fantastic well run nursery with amazing and kind hearted staff. My daughter has literally transformed into an even more bubbly toddler thanks to Leapfrog Day Nursery. They really know what they are doing in this establishment!!!!

I'm really pleased that I chose Leapfrog nursery. I viewed a few places in the area but something about this nursery felt right. The staff are lovely and I feel that the children are well looked after by them. They make sure they follow dietary preferences and they work very hard to stick to your childs routine so that children and parents are not distressed by disruptions to their schedule. My son seems very happy there.
