Last week we sold our two properties in Lavington. In this instance Lucinda and her team allowed us to avoid all marketing costs and further holding costs by pricing the units at fair market value and matching us with one of her investors. It was the most seamless transaction possible. We have had a very different experience with agents elsewhere, so it was incredibly refreshing. Lucinda clearly has a solid and trusted relationship with a large network of buyers, sellers, property owners and tenants that made this possible. When I told Lucinda I wanted to sell I joked and asked her if she doesn't have an investor waiting in the wings to take the properties off our hands. Turns out she did. Amazing.

We have had the pleasure of working with Lucinda and her team since she opened the doors at Leading Property Group and during her time at other rental agencies. Her hardwork ethic and attention to detail is unmatched. I have accompanied her on rental inspections and was always impressed by the rapport she has with the tenants. They have always appeared to have felt well supported, but know she is fair to both them and us as the owner. As our property manager for two properties we never once received a report of an issue without a solution and/or quotes to allow the matter to be attended to immediately. Rent reviews were always completed and we were always comfortable to adopt her recommendations.
