Leading Edge Technologies Review

I took my system to them and after not even 30 days it quit working again. Haven t moved locations of the system either to mess up or risk anything. Just flat out poor quality.

These people are very honest and their knowledge of technology is very broad and are always willing to help out anytime I stop in.

Incredibly friendly staff and amazing service!

I took my old laptop in expecting it to be a very costly fix. I hadn't run it in over a year, it would not load windows; I was not even sure it could be fixed.

They had my laptop back to me two days later, and it is running great! To my surprise, the fix didn't cost anywhere near what I thought it would!

They went above and beyond my expectations, I could not be happier! I will be taking any and all future tech issues I have to them. I highly recommend you do the same!

I may have had the pleasure of taking my business to Leading Edge Technologies a dozen times. Service had always been the same--beyond expectations. When you leave feeling that you've been given a deal, you probably have.

I've been to a few computer stores, but these guys were the best and are extremely honest and saved me a lot of money!!!!!!

I stopped in because my laptop wouldn t turn on & the power button would flash but that was pretty much all the laptop would do. I let them have a look & they told me that my motherboard went out on the laptop rendering it basically useless and that the motherboard would have to be replaced to work. I took my laptop to Best Buy in Grove City & let their Geek Squad work on it and I had it returned to me the next day. The problem with the laptop was a hard drive gone bad. A very minor issue compared to a motherboard failure. Basically, get a second opinion anytime you re having electronics looked at. The associates at Leading Edge were very nice and helpful, but the issue they described with my laptop was inaccurate, & if you re anything like me & don t know a lot about your technology devices definitely get a second opinion.

Friendly people. Would give them five stars but I bought a motherboard off them and turn out that it was bad and they didn t want to do anything with it besides sale me another one. Wish they would of work with me instead of trying to call me a lair.

I would not even give them a 1! Lied about every detail about how they would fix my laptop glued it instead of telling me other ways they could have fixed it. Just glued it to get an easy buck! The glue didnt last fell apart than glued it again and purposely glued the power button down and it didnt even turn back on. So therefore they ruined my whole computer. When I informed them about it they blamed it on me and told me to get the hell out of their business. And whatever they comment and say is just to cover up how unprofessional they are. They argued that they did not mess up my computer to where it wouldnt turn on the whole power button is glued down. They were rude to me first and argued that they didnt mess it up even more. So, just letting people aware of them. They should really change the way they treat their customers and maybe they would get more business.

I have been going to Leading Edge for many years.
They have repaired my computers, they have set up my new computers, they have installed products for my computers. By that I mean desktops, laptops, tablets, and even my phone.
I have taken my mother's computers there, and recommended them to family and friends for years.
We are very fortunate to have Leading Edge in our community...repair and computers and help right here in our county and town. Sure better than having to drive somewhere else. In other words...they're honest and you can trust them and they are right here.
Every time I go there, my computer is fixed or set up right. I give them my highest possible recommendation and ask everyone...please support this local business...they are worthy of your trust and business having been here many years.

I was given an accurate quote of both cost and time for repairs. The cost was fair and the service excellent. I'm glad to have such a good service available in Washington Courthouse.
